Brian was very nice to me and my boyfriend when he helped us. it was our first time shipping anything, but he helped us and informed us about everything that works at ups. Made me feel at ease with his confidence and knowledge definitely will come again if I do need to ship something.

I went to drop off 2 packages yesterday for my wife and although there was a long line , the employees were fast and efficient. I was assisted by a employee named Brian who seemed genuine when trying to help me with my labels on my Amazon account. (I don't do returns often)

The folks are helpful and attentive. I was sending returns packages, they checked them in quickly and I was on my way. Their Amazon returns kiosk is a great asset as well--thanks.
