The attendants at the store were not only helpful, the are kind and welcoming from moment anyone steps into the store. Everyone is acknowledged and greeted. I love how the team behind the counter works together to make sure everyone is take. Care of. They treat one another with professionalism. I visit a lot of businesses and this is one that has a rare and pleasant environment. I wish more companies took note and asked “What is this company doing that we can implement within our business model?”

Chloe and isla helped me out today and they made my experience so easy🙂🙂 such outgoing and sweet girls!!! There was a very scary man in there yelling and they handed it with grace!!!🥰

8/11/2025 went there to return a cologne they said we cant accept it because it has alcohol , left the store went to the Ups store on babcock rd and guess what they accepted the same package and didn't even ask me whats inside the box like you guys did. Yall need to be honest with customers

To the owner Mr. John Teske, I attended your location this morning, Thursday August 1, 2024 and dropped off a box at 7:02 am. Had cause to deal with this sole usually weird/strange behaving older Hispanic looking man. After simply handing him the box and enquiring about the weight, he raised both hands as if I should not have asked him a single thing and gave me some nasty weird looks. Basically stopped short of cussing me out, raised his voice with some stern undertone. I paid him no mind. After telling him thanks and walking away, he did not utter a word and peripherally, stared me down. As if I disturbed him from his seat. Had no problem with any advice given but just his piss poor mannerism. Usually If I have a choice, this is not someone I deal with as in my mind, he certainly does not appear to know what he is doing or saying. On several previous visits, I’ve overheard him being corrected on more than one occasion. This comes as no surprise cause as far back as when you were across from Walmart on Mainland Rd, I’ve notice his behavior towards customers, especially when your not around. Guess when the cat’s away, the mice will play!

Nicolas is by far the worst person to be working here. His customer service skills are horrible. Charged for printing a UPS label but while waiting for it to come through. Printed two others for some ladies. Didn’t charge them. When called out he said he didn’t remember. I told him check the cameras. He said he didn’t have access. What a coincidence.

This is the UPS store I typically visit and Bob is usually the person who assists. He has gone above and beyond every single time I have come in. Whether it is recommendations on what packaging to use to send out something or helping me with an Amazon return. Bob provides exceptional service and he always does it with kindness!

Staff are respectful and kind although I did take and purchase passport photos here with my significant other only to go process them and our paperwork at the Passport facility only to be told there that we couldn’t show our teeth while smiling and they refused to take them, although in our photos taken here at the UPS store we were smiling with our teeth and were not told otherwise to not do so by the UPS worker. Upon coming back to the UPS store to tell them and kindly ask for a refund they said I had to have my receipt, although I did not have it anymore as I had already disposed of it, unfortunately. I had only been there a week earlier so I asked kindly if they could find it in the system but they said it’d be “impossible” for them since they’re system clears everything at the end of the day. They also declined store credit or anything else and just started there was nothing they could do without the receipt. I have my purchase shown on my bank statement and the employee who took our photos recognized me when I spoke with him and still only said that I needed my receipt. My purchase was almost $30 total so to have lost that much money and “nothing can be done” is very upsetting when it was the employees lack of knowledge in the first place that has cost me this. I feel that more could be done and that employees should be more knowledgeable of procedures to follow so that customers do not have to experience or lose money as I have.

This store goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service that’s rare in today’s society. Each manager that I’ve worked with (as well as staff) have gone beyond their normal scope of work to help me on numerous occasions. And it’s not just me; I see them treat each and every person that walks through the door just as kind and with utmost respect. If I moved on another side of town, I’d make the travel to the Bandera and Guilbeau UPS location to handle any of my shipping needs; it’s THAT great of an experience.
