Zack is amazing! I needed pages printed and planned on cutting and gluing before laminating. Zack was able to print them front and back and save me a step! The team there is always so helpful and I love getting all papers I need for school printed there.

I needed copies of some documents quickly on a Sunday afternoon. UPS was open and immediately available.

Very disappointed in the way the staff and the owner treats their customers.
I was forced to take back the packaging that the product was shipped in from Amazon because the staff told me they are not a storage facility.
The Owner/General Manager Tim tried to silence me by telling me not to question his staff, to let them know that I’m returning the product back to Amazon in the box it came in.
It’s funny how this UPS Store always try to sell you their garbage bags every time and when I bring back the package to Amazon in the original box it came in they make you take the boxes back insulting you by making you look stupid and telling you they don’t want your business.
I’ll make sure Amazon is aware of the level of service you guys provide along with a complaint to the corporate office.
Whole Foods or any other UPS Store never gave me a hard time like this Store.

Not happy with the service today. Returned an amazon package that is normally free and did not realize till I got there I needed to print a label. They charged me $3.47 to print a label on a piece of paper that probably cost them less than 5cents and they didn’t tell me I needed to pay that fee until they printed it. Ridiculous fee and poor service.

I love this UPS location! The staff is always very friendly and very patient. They always have a warm greeting for me and they go out of their way to assist me. They never rush me and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I especially like for Afarin to assist me. She always has a smile on her face, is very pleasant to talk to and is always ready to help. Highly recommend this establishment.
