It’s been over three months since we moved into a new development home and they still have our address as a rural route.
USPS delivers directly across our street to our community mail box and FEDEX has already updated within the first month and have made deliveries without me trying to explain our location and address.
Made several attempts to talk to customer service and they just tell me to wait till the system updates… I tried showing them my utilities bill to confirm it was a legit address and they just tell me to call their supervisor who never picks up the phone.
Now, if given a choice of shipping carrier I’d go with the one who can actually deliver. Unfortunately some companies don’t give me the option and I’m left with a brown stain…

first they don’t even attempt to deliver THREE different packages for THREE different orders (2 from amazon and 1 for a tech company). they told me to call in order to received “help” with my package and i get directed to a customer service line that says “oh let me help you” then continues to say “nothing i can do sorry” within 5 minutes of them “trying” even though it says they should be able to redirect my package. so then they tell me to go pick it up at a distribution center that is an hour away from my house, so i give that a try. well when i walk in there, nobody can help me and they don’t treat you like a customer that needs assistance. the system they have takes 30-45 minutes for them to get your package(s) because there is also no way to call ahead to let them know you are coming. overall it has been an awful experience. if you have the choice do not ship or get your packages delivered through UPS. you will be severely disappointed every single time.

After talking with the driver on attempt 2 to deliver documents that is worth $375k and is urgent (paid @$200 for over night delivery also), driver was notified why it was past the overnight timeframe I wasn’t going to be home for 4 days and I requested it to be held at the ups store up the toad. The drivers are becoming over lazy and don’t care about customer service as my package was then dropped off at the main UPS hub (over 1 hr away). I will never send official business through UPS ever again! Also fails to fill out documents fully.

Extremely polite, caring, helpful, patient and understanding.They explained how I could get to my goal simply and quickly...I was in the right place three steps ahead of myself...thank you for being considerate and courteous.....I'm the one with the 5 pallets of freight.

Customer service was great. Walked in with my ID and tracking number, and was out in less than 5 minutes. Employees had a lot of patience dealing with other rude/angry customers. I kind of understand the customers frustrations, but no need to be rude to the employees trying to help you.

Placed an expedited order that I needed for my birthday which arrived on time, but because of a handling error at the sorting facility my delivery which was supposed to be delivered Friday would now be delivered Monday. Seriously!!! I needed this package for an event on Saturday so a Monday delivery is too late. Unacceptable!

I don’t understand how hard it is to pay attention to detail. I’m sure that is a key quality for working here! Why are packages being put in the wrong box at apartment complexes!

More often than not, the UPS driver puts my package at the mailbox which is on a main street in Timberwood Park. I have a long driveway, about 180 feet to the house on a 2/3 acre lot, but if Amazon can follow instructions amd put my packages on my porch, why can't UPS? They once left a large package at the end of my driveway and I had to call my 75 year old neighbor to see if it was there. He waited with it until I arrived about 10 minutes later. Worst service and of I could select my delivery companies, I would choose FedEx or strictly order from Amazon if I could. Oh yes,when I complained once before and asked what would happen if something was stolen, I was told it could take up to 30 days for UPS to complete an investigation...horrible customer care.

These people are incompetent. They can’t even find my package and claims it’s not here. I confirmed it with UPS that it is here. I will never do this again! The people working this section should be terminated. This is by far the worst customer service center I’ve ever been to.
