For notary documents, on the board it was mentioned First sign $10, additional documents $1. Whereas here they charge $10 for each document per person. We took more than 4 documents per person of two. When asked about this, The lady staff said, "If need, you can take it here. If you don't want, you can go somewhere else." No star for her. Poor customer service. Giving 2 star for the other people who used to be supportive and kind.

The people employed lack a sense of professionalism. Their facial expressions and excuses made by your manager are just wild. How is being blunt an excuse for bad customer service? Your employees and managers must not be happy or they'd treat customers better instead of making excuses for bad customer service. I only go here because it's so close to home and I'm looking for other locations.
