Thank you so much to Tia and the awesome team at this location! I went there on a Friday afternoon to print some small posters for my classroom. This team works so well together. They compliment each other and bring a whole other level of joy and professionalism to the industry. Tia treats every person like she genuinely cares about them as a human and takes great pride in providing excellent customer service. I’ve moved from the area, but decided to return to this location because I know I can trust their work. They did not disappoint and made my teacher heart dreams come true. Thank you!!!

My husband and I got a private mailbox here to receive packages because of porch pirates. We had no idea that we were going to have such an outstanding experience as we have had. Tia, Taj, and Nic have made our pick ups more like going to visit friends than picking up packages. Back when we had a meal kit delivery, they would call us to let us know when it arrived so that we could pick it up as soon as possible and not have our food spoil. They consistently go above and beyond. The store is immaculate. I have observed Tia very comfortingly explain the situation when patrons have shown up because they got a phishing text about a fake package delivery, all while preserving the patron’s dignity. I certainly hope the owners treat them well because they have an extraordinary team there.

I HAVE TO SAY I LOVE THIS STORE TO THE FULLEST. I NEVER HAVE A ISSUE AND TIA THRUSTON AND TAJ LEWIS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I'M WELL TAKEN CARE OF. THEY NEED TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEY'RE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN SAN ANTONIO ☺️☺️☺️
