Very bad, my first package had incorrect and incomplete data when I checked and returned the package before accepting the shipment! They lost the second package and the package did not appear in the system. In the end they did not give me solutions and they charged me if it was not my fault.

This is not an actual ups store it's a 3rd party company. If your name or address are not matching to your ID they refuse to refuse to give you your package. They tell you to fill out a package release form online. They should have this form available at the store. They have no knowledge of the website cuz it's a 3rd party company. They shouldn't even be allowed to have the logo on the store. I have been dealing with the staff for the last 3 days. They don't want to release my package or give me the form they claim I need. I'm extremely frustrated with he store, the website and the 1800 because nobody seems to be able to help me on getting my own package. I have a tracking number and an id with my name on it.

Amazing customer service
Joey answered my call and he had the best customer service. I walked in and he was just amazing. Helped me out with packaging and made sure the correct labels were put on the right package. I couldn’t thank him enough. I will be def be doing all my packaging service with this store bc of him. UPS did an amazing job hiring this gentleman. Thank you so much
I live off bandera and gilbeau directly across a UPS store and the store is night and day. The owner John from the Bandera store needs to take some notes and do things like the San Pedro store. I’m sure the Bandera store would have way more business. Take care

Great customer service! Ms. Key even made me smile! ? I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a gentleman assisting a customer. Ms. Key then took care of me. She made my Amazon returns so easy! She was very patient as well as I was trying to figure out how to work the phone for the return! ??

unfortunately today was not a good experience, I took in a 20 pound item , the young lady was quick to help , she was nice and pleasant, I was in no hurry and said , please help everyone else that comes in and I more than patient , she then helped someone who needed a mailbox , as the gentleman working did not know how to set one up , he proceeded to help me, which resulted in getting quoted $700 and then $445 to ship my item , not including the boxing fee , I explined that Jesse the manager had already gave me a quote of about $100, he said he didn't know what to do or that the manager had a special way to get that price and I would have to come back on Monday when he was there, I was more than pleasant but felt like I was pushed aside because of his lack of knowledge, Monday is not an option as some people work Monday thru Friday and like to have the opportunity to ship on the weekend, I don't bash anyone , but before the weekend comes and employees are put into place, yall may want to make sure they are trained, end all be all I left, went to the UPS store on 8521 blanco rd and paid $104.41 , was greatest and helped and was a great experience, disappointing I no longer can trust my usual go to ups store on san pedro ? I hope they can do some training and get this remedied

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service at the UPS Store during my last visit, and I couldn't be more impressed especially since the store was closing running in after work. Joey, the associate who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. I could not be more grateful for both Joey and his manager Jesse. They exceeded expectations to help me during the entire process.

Joey has the most amazing attitude and personality! You definitely need more people like him not only that but the following day I went in to drop off a package for a neighbor and he was coming into work and just the way he greets his coworkers and carries himself gives us the customers the best feeling that we chose the right UPS store for our needs ???
