Not sure why I continue to use this location as it is one of the worst. Rude employees, and a new owner who just wants to nickle and dime you for everything. No longer using this location.

This was my first time actually shipping an item I had almost no clue what to do but as soon as I walked in I was helped immediately and walked through the process what I thought would be a 20 min ordeal was probably the smoothest 10 min of my life

The employees there don’t know what they are doing. I brought in 2 packages “sure post” and the worker refused to scan them. When shipping charges for UPS were paid for online. Instead told me USPS did all the work. Which is not true. I’ve gone to 3 other UPS stores in San Antonio and all have scanned and provided a receipt. It’s now been a week and my packages have not been delivered today or updated tracking information in the system while another package dropped off at another UPS store (surepost) is already tracking. The staff is not informed, we’re rude, and now possible have lost my package due to negligence. Worst part the worker said it’s her boss that advised them not to scan these packages. So everyone in the store doesn’t know what they are doing in regards to these packages. Which again, was paid via UPS website.
Save yourself the headache and go to another knowledgeable UPS STORE.
