This location deserves way more 5 star reviews! I think it is unfair for someone to give a 1 star rating just because they have trouble locating the store. The customer service is what is most important and the staff is AWESOME. I've been coming atleast monthly for years and I never have an issue. The gentleman that works there now is very kind. The easiest way to get there is to turn onto Maryland off of Gevers and park in the parking lot across from the JG Sutton Learning Center Building, at the corner of S. Mittman and Maryland. Then follow the walking path between the buildings and you will see double doors that lead to UPS on your right. You can also call the direct number and the staff will gladly help you! They actually came outside and found me the first time I came!

I love this store! Will, the associate, has always gone beyond to assist me with my printing and student needs here at St Philips College. I always recommend my fellow scholars to visit this store because of Will’s quick and attentive service. He assures that my request is promptly filled with the upmost care and accuracy. Will is undoubtably a true asset to the college, and his mindful and cheerful outlook has made every interaction of pleasant one. I am immensely grateful for his unwavering dedication to helping me and my fellow scholars, Thank you Will your exceptional service!!!

This store is located inside Sutton Learning Center (SLC Bldg #10) at St. Philip's College on the corner of Dakota St. and Saint Philips Way. The building is red; it used to be white. Someone keeps moving the Google pin.

WILL is an amazing representative-- he helped me email the printer, pick out a box and figure out my Amazon Return with ease and grace. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this UPS store. **PRO TIP: You have to call them when you arrive because the Lobby isn't open to the public.

Wish I had read reviews before driving in circles to still not being able to locate it! There used to be a yard sign at one point but not close to it. Ups prints correct? Perhaps have more yard signs with directional arrows? Just a suggestion.

Do not go here, They are taking advantage of the students Making them buy boxes of theirs and are charging extra for any other thing that other UPS stores do not charge....
