My interactions with Ray have been frustrating at best. I am not bothered by the fact that he does not engage with customers nor is his reception ever warm. What is frustrating is that he is impatient and rude. On this last, and I truly mean last, occasion I patronized the Dewey location, he stopped midway through my transaction to assist other customers and proceeded to berate my in front of the other employee and customer. I shared with him that I would never engage with a customer in such a manner and that he needs coaching on improving his behavior. His response was to ask me if I was ready to continue with my transaction. Even though it is an inconvenience to go to another store, I have no plans to conduct personal business with this location in future.

Excellent location - no line. I went to have a document notarized and it was fast and efficient. One thing to mention is GPS took me to the front of the store but you have to go around and park behind the store.

they will steal your packages. do not use this ups store. delivery drivers steal packages and the managers lie about the proof of delivery.
