It is a small location, but assistance was prompt. The young man at the counter was a bit rude but helped me very quickly. He probably wanted to clock out for the day already.

I hope this helps others.This is an access point inside the micheals store. They can help you return your items at the register as long as it has a UPS label on it. The label NEEDS to say UPS on it. Any other labels and barcodes that do not have UPS on them will not work and will need to be taken to an actual UPS store.
