Came to drop off package from Amazon and said they don’t have a barcode scanner but are able to scan things in the store…. Returned something here before but I guess lack of training leads to “we don’t returns at this store” and this is coming from the manager.

For copy, mail box, printing and business cards, this is the place. Say for Ruby, she always walks the extra mile for a customer. Keep the good work.

They don't specify only packages already labeled for shipping are accepted. I figured if a ups store provided several services, they would too being a direct UPS access point.
