825 AM on may 6 2024 and lobby doors are still locked. Worst post office i have ever been to. 830 AM and still locked. Terrible service. Dont care about counter service. Cannot access pot office box

When I send a package to this location, I will get a notification in 2 days that it has arrived and it may sit there 3 more days before the person that it is sent to gets it! Also, they quit putting the packages in a box , giving the receiver a key. Now they take the time to write a note saying that they have the package and the receiver has to stand in a long line to pick up! So frustrating!

Horrible customer service! No wonder the post office is losing money every year. I asked for one piece of tape to close a box and she said I had to buy a roll. The one by my house in Universal City has excellent customer service.

The wait times at this post office are ridiculous. The line can extend to the door, but there will only one counter person working at a glacial pace. Then there is the issue of their computers breaking down and the customer counter was closed for more than a week because the post office would not fix their computer. If this were a private business, they would have driven themselves out of business years ago.

They don’t open at 8 am. Door signs and google says 8am . You can hear people in the back having breakfast while we wait outside to open :/

The equipment is constantly fDown at this USPS, often for days at a time. It’s been said that it is the internet but it seems to be a consistent issue. This is the third time it has happened to me so I’ll be choosing a different office going forward.

Absolutely horrendous post office.This is considered the 2nd worst post office in the city according to an employee from another location I went to and complained about them at.Twice in one week my packages were delivered to a completely different house. Not even on my street at that. Thankfully that resident was kind enough to bring it back to my house when they realized it was the wrong address.If you live in the delivery zone of this post office station, might as well switch to a PO box and hope for the best

Gina was disturbingly rude. I've sent out a package once before at a downtown usps and they taped my box.. it was not priority. It was a 5x5 box and It probably needed 2 small pieces of tape, she said nope we don't do that. I said I've had it done before and she said, well im not going to do that for you. I was shocked with that response and her attitude. She said you can buy tape right behind you and dismissed me. With an attitude like this Gina needs to probably retire and sit at home. I noticed a lot elders in line im assuming since im younger she decided to be ugly. I could not understand the disrespect. I didn't hold up the line, I left as soon as she gave me that attitude.

Ms. Nina, your customer service skills are hot garbage. Your interaction with the 3 customer in front of me left them visibly very upset. My experience was no different.I know you don't make the rule, but it's all about how you present the information to the customer.

Had to pay 4 dollars for tape because this lady wouldn't put the prepaid ground mail label on my package because the tape said priority. Thank you very much Gina. Really appreciate that!!

Lady named Gina was really rude. She made my husband untape my package because it was closed with tape that said priority mail. He had to pay for tape for a prepaid package because it wasn’t priority. When I’ve been to this same post office plenty of times in the past and even used a priority box for ground mail.

Tried to mail package at 1:05 pm. Found sign "Out to lunch, back at 3pm." Nice long afternoon lunch.... Unpredictable hours.

To get a reschedule is a totaljoke. I was texted that my package was at their warehouse but they could read the address. There was no tracking number included in the text. In order to get my package rescheduled a tracking number is necessary. How in h---can they expect a customer to get their merchandise if they don't provide the necessary info? And what is further irritating is that it is impossible to speak to a live person. If I could have given a zero star raing, I would have done so. Carol Lopez
