The gentleman that is the lead in that store is amazing. He has a beard and mustache and a teddy bear necklace. He goes out of his way to help everyone that walks in. Excellent representation of your company.

A huge scam!! Would not recommend to my worse enemy. My iPad went from being fixed and mailed back to sent to recycle because it could not be fixed. After repeatedly calling them they said they got rid of it because I didn’t keep calling them to check for status. Even after they said they would call me because I kept going in there.

They were very knowledgeable about the problem I described with the phone & had upfront knowledge of how to fix the problem. The estimated time to repair was on point. Repair was made, I was notified, item was picked up. PAINLESS!

Don't set an appointment. Just walk in. And if they have a problem with that. I would find somewhere else to fix/repair your items. I set up an appointment and sat around in the lobby area for about 15-20 minutes and almost looked over. Not handing my personal phone and personal information to this crew. New phone it is!

Excellent customer service. I believe he was the manager and he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I never felt rushed or that I was interrupting like so many other places. Phone repair (Flip 4 screen protector) was spot on. Will be back if needed again! Keep up the great customer service, it's desperately needed in today's world!

Starting English not my first language!worst experience ever when you deal with unprofessional ignorant and rude stuff, went there to get my wife’s phone Samsung flip 4 under warranty my wife hasn’t used it for past few months so forgot her password, tried to remove it over the phone with one of the techs and he couldn’t get it done so my brother went to pickup the phone as it’s was broken, the Manager Brain told my brother that “ I’m doing you a favor” I have no clue what he meant with that or what favors he’s doin…Went today to other location on City brooks, manger Chris told me I’m blacklisted from uBreakiFix and gotta call the back office so I did, after speaking to customer service they’ve no clue also and they told me am not blacklisted.Very disappointed and unprofessional.

Came in needing my iPhone 12 speakers fixed. Andrew went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything fixed in the future. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone!

Very quick and easy process! took in my phone for a digitizer replacement and they were done in 45 minutes. My phone is as good as new i am glad i didn't just cave and buy a new one

Staff explained the repair very well and gave an accurate quote. I was very pleased with the repair of the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra!The customer before me was trying to scam the business into giving him a free screen replacement. The phone looked like it had been run over... Customer was a extremely rude and racist. Store employee was calm, collected, and polite the entire time! Great Job!

Screen broke and was not able to transfer data to new phone. Was not worth saving old phone a paying for a Screen replacement. Was given the option to use one of their loaner screens to do the data transfer, which would afterwards be removed. This would cost $99 and if the data transfer was not successful I wouldn't be charged anything. After all was done I realized my secure folder didn't transfer. I go back a few days later thinking they are going to try and charge me another hundred bucks. But no, Valentino offers to put the screen back on, then leaves me with my broken phone and new phone to do the transfer myself since it was a secure folder. Good customer service, fair business practice, quality work.

One good experience and the past time getting a phone battery for a s10. Got the run around for a month about parts and now they have the part and the new excuse is the Samsung system is down, the system is down to replace a battery? And I called the day before to verify the parts were in stock. Don't waste your time like I did. Go anywhere else.
