Went online to order a gift to be delivered the following day. Online showed in stock at McCreless location. Next day I receive a text saying the order had been declined due to insufficient stock. Luckily I saw the text and called the store. The male employee wasn't concerned, hadn't attempted to locate the product to fulfill the order or make any effort beyond declining the order. As mentioned, it was a gift, a birthday gift, expected to arrive in time for lunch plans. Tomorrow does no good. The employee put the phone receiver down and left me on hold longer than good customer service would dictate. When I called back, no answer. Needless to say I will not be spending money in Twin Liquors and will be sure to spread the word. Smh.

Thhis is a nice place and alot of selection but help is almost ? zero....nobody was available 2help cuase they were all just talking behind the counter. When we finally went all the way 2 the counter 2 get help....they just pointed ?. Seems walking and taken the customer 2 the product is asking 2much ??♂️ ??

Retail wine and liquor store belonging to a chain of stores in this field.
During my visit this place was being attended by two people. They can deliver your bottles of liquor in paper and cardboard bags if there are several. They also sell mixer drinks and sauces.

Chris is amazing and anybody that got upset just doesn’t understand Texas law for ID’ing people. ANY person that walks into a liquor store should be expected to procure ID

Just wanted to share a quick review of my recent experience at the store. As a person of color, I was asked for ID when buying alcohol, while another customer(Caucasian) wasn't. It made me feel frustrated and singled out. It's important for businesses to treat all customers equally and not make assumptions based on race. Let's hope for more inclusivity and fair treatment in the future!

I was racially profiled. I got asked for my ID (Hispanic) and the other customer (Caucasian) didn’t. Also, the whole time in the store they kept eyes on me as if I was going to steal. This should be addressed with having 2 Caucasian male cashiers. Do better & honestly if I could rate it with no stars I would!!!

Just went in both me and my girlfriend had our id’s her was just in the car chris was very rude and wouldnt accept the fact that i had my id and she didnt have hers so she went to the car to get her id he told me i was banned from the store after going there 4 days in a row showing the cashier my id and buying liquor so he calls security on me which i have done noyhing wrong so i pulled my camera out and recorded the whole thing to show the manager what awful customer service and as i was leaving he tried to blow kisses at me as if he wanted to fight and i felt threatened i will be back to show the manager the videos amd i will be back to get chris the punishment he deserves all over a simple bottle of whiskey
