Went on a Friday night for a Cabernet Franc and was very pleased with the selection. When checking out the lady at the front was so insightful. She was very polite and struck up a conversation about the Cabernet and other wines that I should try. Such a pleasant experience!

Clean store, conveniently located, however the staff needs some training in terms of customer service. No one greeted me upon entry ( too busy looking at computer). No one offered to help me locate items I wanted. After putting items on counter, the salesman still hadn't spoken. I then made some small talk to which he begrudgingly responded. I did get asked if I wanted a receipt. Won't be going back!

Poor customer service by Phivos, the manager. Condescending attitude when questioned about a charge. Also, mislabeled and incorrectly placed products in the store confuse customers and reflect poorly on the caliber of management, with no apology for the errors just flippant responses. First and last time doing business there for me.

Liquor? I hardly know her! Twin Liquors is lickin' the competition! This place is a fun place to shop- it's kept immaculately, clean, the aisles are well sorted and wide. I hate feeling like a bull in a china shop in the liquor store. That doesn't happen here- the aisles are so wide that you don't have to worry about backing into a bottle of Patron. The selection here is pretty good! The prices are not bad, but if you're buying two of the same size/brand they will give you a Twin discount. So if you like drinking a lot of the same stuff, this is the best store in town for you to stock up and save! It seems that they sometimes offer liquor tastings, but they weren't doing it when I went recently. The sell a healthy selection of wine, but it's overshadowed by the HEB Plus selection next door. The staff is always friendly and attentive when I went. They often have good advice and seem to know their wares. I'll certainly return!

The veterans discount is the main reason I would shop at twin liquors or Total Wine. This particular store would not honor a veterans discount and proceeded to tell me that they’ve never offered a military/veterans discount...at any store ? Inexplicably stopping an established practice is one thing, stating that it never existed is insulting. Adios Twin Liquors!
