Went in and found 3 six packs of a beer I had been looking for but when we went to pay for one they weren't ringing up. The cashier went to talk to the manager and the cashier came back saying they couldn't sell it to me due to an error on their end. I am more upset that the manager didn't come out from the office to address the issue.

Walk into this twin liquor on marbach and 410 . Bought a bottle of tequila and noticed that they charge me $41 plus tax and the sticker price was 35.99 and when I told them the cashier let the manager know and that guy was the worst . He didn't want to return the difference, stating policy of no returns . I was asking for the difference but he was no help . Please don't go do business with this place. I go to specs that's much h better but I was at heb and that's why I went there . Just go to Specs and you won't have this problem.

Best service I've ever gotten. I was helped by a long haired gentleman who was willing to talk to me about markets in the area for donuts and other things. He went above and beyond the requirements of his job and really showed a commitment to the store. He even offered me a slice of a peanut butter cookie pie after ensuring I wasn't allergic. This man, whose name I never got and I regret, did more for me in that 1 interaction than I ever got in 10 interactions with any other store. I expect this man to be given a raise as soon as possible, and not that petty raise that companies give when they exceed the federal employee limit for min wage, I want to see this man get what he deserves, and be kept on in a place where he truly shows a passion for.To the owners: I'll be checking in within the next few months. If he hasn't gotten a decent raise, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and adjusting my rating to reflect that. Yall got a good one, make sure you keep him and give him what he deserves.

Don't shop here! Horrible experience. I came in to buy a bottle of Whiskey. I told the cashier what size bottle I wanted and he showed it to me in his hands. Then he rang me up for the larger more expensive bottle. I told him why did you ring up the large bottle. He lied to me and said I thought that's what you wanted. I asked for a refund and he said he cant refund my money its against company policy. These guys will ring you up for whatever they want just to get your money and tell you sorry no refunds. Scammers

Visted on 4.9.21. This isn't a negative review more neutral. The credit card machine was down and it's cash only. After the 1st liquor store I went to was out of what I was looking for I tried here and it was in stock. The lady with the blue highlights had a bad vibe about them. Don't know what the deal was but I hope it gets better. Usually people say Hi or bye something. They talked to their co-worker or manager the whole time during the transaction. Hadn't been to this location in a few years so maybe it was a one off. Never had anything but positive vibes before.
