Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. The people are what make this place so amazing. Everyone is so supportive and tries to push each other to be the best version of yourself. Jesse, the trainer, also is no nonsense and will always give you the extra bit of motivation to lift or do a bit more.

Joining TUF was one of the best things I could have done for myself and my family! Since joining TUF in July of 2019 Jesse has helped me lose 60lbs and a love for working out. Everyone needs a little tough love to get moving and this is the place to be!

No matter where you are in your journey, there is a place for you and a great group working out with you. You will never get bored, bc the format is always changing and new challenges begin every week for your body. As an athlete, the push and group sessions are amazing, and starting my journey over as a mother of 3, and finding time to work it in and get it done, this is the perfect balance. Member since 2016.

Functional fitness at its best. The owner/trainer Jesse knows his stuff. I've been going here for last 2 years, usually 3 times a week. You get much better results than trying to work out in the gym on your own. Jesse mixes up the workouts and the formats and you end up working out your whole body and core in less than an hour.

Shelby, who does eyelash extensions here... is super sweet! Very processional. This girl knows what she is doing. Very friendly, can make a conversation with her. She makes you feel very relaxed and assured of her services provided. Money is worth it and prices you can't beat.

I'm really happy with Jessie's work out format, it reminds me of the conditioning in college wrestling practice. It is designed to work all shapes and sizes equally hard and side by side. Each day the routine is a little different and he always steps it up when you think your getting on top of it. I would recommend Jessie's fitness training to anyone looking to get fit.
