This store has plenty of merchandise stock, hence the 2 stars.There are only 2 sales associates in the store and one cash register so they have to take turns checking costumers out.Newsflash Tumi, it'sChristmas! Do better!!!I bought a passport holder which came to $167 and a 25 minute wait. Never again!

This shop at La Cantera is bright and airy. Laura was the consultant on duty and she was chock-full of information. She pointed out the hidden phone pocket in the Nathan backpack, under the handle. Very spacious and should accommodate even the larger cell phones. The displays exhibited the most popular backpacks. The Nathan comes in polyester, leather and a new waterproof crinkly material. I have the leather Nathan, beautiful but somewhat heavy. This time I went for the polyester Nathan in navy camo. I am happy. The effect is subtle; it's not in your face camo. They also sell luggage, wallets, cross-body bags, products to take care of your purchases. Yes, Tumi products are pricey,but you get what you pay for. Free monogramming and product registration so your item can be returned to you should you lose it. Yeah, I know. If it's lost, it's probably not coming home. Go there.

Expensive but worth it. The problem with San Antonio is the stores either have no merchandise or small quantities of mediocre stuff. And no Briggs & Riley, what the heck. I needed to see this 25" suitcase before I bought. Mission accomplished. Thank you Tumi.

I went today to engrave a name on a passport wallet that I bought at a different location and the lady who works there refused and said she couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right equipment, but this is not true because one time I engraved another wallet and they did it without hesitation.This really disappoints me because my fiancé and I are huge fans of the brand and we’ve bought several products from that store. This really makes us not want to buy from this location anymore, because the lady wasn’t even willing to try.

I was coming in on a cold Friday to have my dads new carry on luggage bag monogramed with his initials. I myself have always been envious of him having those nice tummy bags that really seem to hold up well. Anyway, I walk in and am greeted by Rosemary, she of course notices the massive bag I am hauling around like a lunatic, and goes over all the options for the monogramming, however I had already been briefed on what color to chose. Rosemary then told me to shop around while she does both the tag and the actual plate. I come back and find the bag is perfect, the print is clear and totally centered. It is always nice to have an employee there that actually takes their time and does a good job. Rosemary was a pleasure to deal with and made the trip a quick in and out experience. I have been soo taken by the experience and the overall craftsmanship that I ordered a London fold myself and will have it promptly monogrammed hopefully by rosemary. Great Employee and great location.
