I have been getting my nails done at Tri-V nails for over a year. This last time I went with a new lady who did a great job, so I thought. When I left the nail salon I looked at my nails and under the clear coat there was a lot of texture. I went back the next day because I just wanted to see if they could fix it. They tried to gaslight me and say nothing was wrong with my nails. After going outside with the manager she was like ughhh we can just put a color over your drip nails and then another layer of clear coat. She kept making it seem like I was a bother and that I was over reacting. I just wanted them to fix it and they acted like they didn’t want to. I walked out and I will never go back again.

Today I experienced the Tri V CBD pedicure.
1. It takes about 1.5 hours.
2. A shoulder and hand massage are included with this pedicure along with the use of CBD pedicure products.
3. My legs, heels, and feet are so SOFT....This pedicure was EVERYTHING I needed today.

Requested style: The stylist always comes through with my requested look. The entire team is friendly and the prices are reasonable. More than anything, the shop is clean and the massage chairs are a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

Favorite salon in San Antonio! The staff is attentive and personable. Always satisfied with finished product. Technicians find the best way to work with my ideas and provide creative feedback on designs and expectations.
The space overall is always clean and organized. Ambiance is very relaxing.

I’m not even sure where to start! They were so very nice from the start. They tried to figure me out (with me being physically disabled) in my wheelchair. They took all the time and patience to make sure I was comfortable and happy with their services. I’m a paraplegic and Annie was so careful and patient while painting my toe nails. Also, Steven did great and I love my nails!

I came in without an appointment needing a full GelX set for an important event and Lana took phenomenal care of me. She put up with my exteme attention to detail and is the first time since moving from California 5 years ago that I have been this pleased with a personal care service.
Many people complimented me on how pretty they were and the design was perfect for my corporate work.
I am amending this review to add that 2 weeks to the day of having the service my pinky nail popped off. A full set is about $100 and should last beyond 2 weeks which is why I am giving three stars. I traveled over an hour to get my nails done and now I’m looking for a way to get this repaired.

The manicure was great and I enjoy going there for manicures and pedicures. The staff are friendly and the salon has a relaxing atmosphere.
Cleanliness: The shop is very nice and clean. The gentleman that did my pedicure did a great job. He even fixed my attempt at cutting my own nails. He has a good sense of humor.
