Absolutely the worst service, Bike World was way better at customer service!!! I would not shop here or have your bike serviced at this location!! They have had my bike for over 7 days and have yet to order my tires I was told would be order last Tuesday. I am deeply disappointed!! The tech were awesome and they are very knowledgeable, The management is way off and are not focused on customer service.

I just wanted to thank Lou for the great experience today. We came in and were up front that we were only looking for information. We're looking to get into the sport and didn't know where to start. Lou made it clear he didn't care if we were buying anything today. He spent 15-20min explaining the basics and even went out of his way to get 2 different models down for us to test ride and get a feel. We still didn't buy anything today. But we're coming back when we're ready to make a purchase. Thank you for being excited about biking and sharing your passion with us!.Just wanted to update this review the next day. We just bought 2 of the Dual Sport 2 Gen 5s from the Culebra location nearer to our house. Thanks again to Lou for all of his help here finding the right bikes for us!

Joaquin assisted me with a MS150 inspection and adjusted my limiter that was having issues. He also answered about 100 cycling questions I had and was very informative. Found my new bike shop!

First time bringing my bike for service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me the cost for service and details of what the service entailed. They gave me the breakdown cost of potential parts if they needed to be replaced so I left knowing the range versus ticky tacky costs of adding cost after the fact. They answered questions about other bikes and sizes and didn't treat me like they had to sell something. From the manager to the "sales" staff, they all treated me well. I will continue to bring my bike to them for service.
