I found this place despite its bad reviews. The door was locked, with a sign saying they only show tile if you have an appointment. I phoned the given number to make an appointment. At least somebody answered the call. That person told me they don't really make appointments at the Sentinal location, they make appointments at the Main Avenue location. He gave me the number for that place, then said they probably would be too busy to talk with me. Sure enough, the Main Avenue store didn't answer the phone call and didn't return my call. Save your time and mental health. Go someplace else.

I don't know much about picking tile for bathroom and kitchen. Thankfully the folks at Travis tile do know a lot about tile. Showroom is well laid out so you can check out the texture and the colors. The lady up front who assisted us really knows a lot about tile
