Monica Smith is a treasure! When I went to alpha graphics for help in recreating a certificate and gold stamp that would need to be embossed I found her really easy to talk with. She patiently explained the process of doing what I wanted (which was more complicated than I realized) and then re-created the certificate and redesigned the gold stamp so it could be made into an embosser. She then followed through by referring me to a company which makes embossers and forwarded her design to them. I am extremely fortunate to have run into Monica and recommend her to anyone needing graphic design help.
