“We called our insurance The general to help us with roadside assistance they report they had a company called us and the man was not able to talk English so luckily I was able to and he wanted to charge us $245 and I said no the insurance she paid for that so I hung up call the agency again and they hook me up with freedom the owner is Henry Henry says no insurance covers it and I'm on my way he was such a good gentleman I called them where he was at and he said I'm 30 minutes away he came in and did a great job with a beautiful attitude I was very happy with his business he brought a truck to the mechanics and I took his hand and I said thank you so much we've been sitting out here for 4 hours and you are the one that responded right away and if anyone wants to have something told right away call freedom Henry the owner he's an awesome guy and he's also been in the Marine corps and he acted like a marine with a lot of respect we thank Henry so much for today, Henry we will always count on you thank you again.”

“My friend’s tire blew up about 16 minutes from their place.
I had been calling around and very few places were open on a Sunday after 6pm.
I even left a voicemail with another place before calling Big B’s.
Big B’s answered the phone right away, discussed some ideas with me considering all the tire shops were closed, and then came right away!
They told us they had no problem dropping it off at a tire shop and they didn’t even need us to follow.
I was also surprised at how affordable it was. Just a flat rate for picking it up and dropping it off. Very nice.
They also were extremely friendly and kind so all in all, I will forever recommend them if towing is ever needed in the future.”

“Every owner operator dreads when it's repair time. Not because of the repair itself; your rig is a working machine, repairs are inevitable; but because of the potential legal armed robbery that might take place during this transaction. I sought out these guys because I was working my rig in this area and needed these repairs done immediately. The owner and son at this establishment are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. No guessing games, you tell them the problem, they know the solution. My truck is a 1992 Volvo WIA and my buddy's truck is a 2020 KW and both were repaired flawlessly with no stick up involved. Alot of shops can either work on newer trucks or older trucks but rarely both. These guys do it all. Prices were very reasonable. This is my go to shop from here on out in the San Antonio area...”

“I took one of my vehicles in for a grinding and humming noise coming from the rear end of the car and this was my first time using this place and I must tell you I am very knowledgeable of cars and very critical of those who works on my vehicles ! These guys diagnosed exactly as I did without me saying a word as to what I thought it was , since I’m no longer able to do repairs myself I let these guys fix the car. They replaced the rear axle hub and also did a brake job and what a FANTASTIC job !!! They took their time and diagnosed it thoroughly and effectively. I have to say what they charged me is far less than what other shops would have charged me. They took very good care of my car and they were all very professional, polite and I truly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. I don’t usually give reviews or high marks but this place deserves it.”

“J.D. Collision Express lived up to their name! Had a hit n run the morning of Early Voting and zero witnesses. Luckily, our insurance handled most of the expenses with little out of pocket and JD was one of their network shops with some of the higher ratings. We went with them and so glad we did. Not only was the customer service top notch, so was the time it took for completion. They estimated about two weeks but to my surprise it took less than ONE! Everything turned out great and the fact they offer a lifetime warranty on repairs is unreal! Makes us feel confident about the work.”
