I went to this location cause it was the closest store that sold liquor at the time. In the entire 20-30 I was in there it wasn't until I went to the register that anyone even spoke to me. I hadn't been a total wine before and had trouble finding what I was looking for I passed 8 employees while doing laps looking for what I was trying to buy. Eventually I found what I was looking for and left.

Hello,
My husband and I went to get some nice wine about 5 days ago. I got a box of Pacific Peak, I had been wanting to get this for a while. Unfortunately when I opened the box the wine was brown with a horrid smell. I tried to call the store and no one answered. I think I will stay at other stores for now.

My experience at Total Wine at The Rim overall has been great with the exception of dealing with management. Every encounter I've had with management has been very unpleasant to say the least. They come across as if they are better then someone, don't like to assist and become very defensive when their unacceptable customer centered behavior is called out. My latest unpleasant experience happen with Tommy. I entered the store and made my way to the pick up counter when I shared with Tommy who I was picking up an order for. When he went to present me the products I provided him my birth date as this has been asked of me in the past by staff. However Tommy asked for my ID. I presented it with no issues and he asked to scan it which he did. I then asked him if this was store policy or practice because I come to this location several times a day to pick up orders and I'm never asked to show my ID and not always asked for my birth date. Tommy become very rude and defensive telling me that customers cannot receive products without their ID being scanned. I began to inform him that if is your store policy then whatever system you have in place is failing because that doesn't happen ever time i come to this location.
I shared with him, as a manager you should want to know that so it can be corrected as failing to follow state and federal guidelines concerning the distribution of alcohol could cause major problems for your company and staff member not following these policies. Tommy brushed me off and told me to have a nice day and I could go as if I was some sort of less then. Approximately 30 minutes later I was back at the store to pick up another order and when Tommy saw me he looked at me with a look of total discuss. I greeted him by name in a friendly and pleasant manner in which I received no response but was assisted by a very pleasant staff member that has help me in the past and he did asked me for my ID and I had it in my ready to be scanned. If this is read by anyone in upper management I would strongly recommend customer service training for your management team as they have shown on several occasions their inability to deal with customers when issues or concerns are brought to their attention. Even if management doesn't agree with what is being shared from a customer, a customer should never feel as if their comments are not heard or appreciated.

Very horrible experience. Racist and very harassing. Will follow you around the whole entire store popping out the cut with questions they already greeted you at the door with. Very unpleasant visit to be TOURIST !

This is my favorite place to buy alcohol. Samplings every Saturday, and the staff is always super helpful. Love the classes they offer as well. Great price for 2 hours of samples, snacks and education about your favorite wine or spirit. Must try!!
