I just paid off my 2018 Ram 1500. I wanted to start upgrading a few parts. A belt was making a squealing noise so I brought it here, big mistake! I bought a set of BBK headers for them to install along with fixing the belt, my truck has never been worked on and was in perfect condition except for the pulley noise.
They "fix" the serpentine belt and they tell me they can't do the headers because they might break the bolts doing so. Fine, I pick it up and pay for their services. It was making a new noise, I took it to the dealer and they tell me someone tried to remove the exhaust manifold and broke 2 bolts! Then I call them and they tell me it's a known issue for these trucks to break the head bolts and it's probably wear and tear. So I basically paid them for no reason because it's still makes a whining noise and I told the dealership to install my headers so I know they are getting done right. I'd avoid this place, they came recommend from a coworker but after this fiasco I'm done. It shouldn't have to be a hassle to fix my ride. Either you can or you can't.

Stop ? in this workshop they are thieves, they wanted to charge me $560 dlls to change a hose, I better change it in 20 minutes, I had to pay them $171 dlls for NOT doing anything and 65 dlls per day, it is famous for being a workshop where they rob you I do NOT recommend it, they take your money and do not fix anything.

I called and spoke to Cris, he was able to work me into his schedule quickly. The price was fair for the work I needed done. This is the first time I’ve used this shop, it won’t be the last. Good work done quickly and fairly priced.

These folks seem very nice and honest! The work was expensive but around what I expected for what needed to be done and I didn't feel led on or oversold. There was also another customer in while I was there who decided to make repairs himself later after the estimate and they actually gave him advice on what was wrong and ways he could deal with it. The outside looks sketchy af and it made me wary to pull in at first, but the people were very nice and I can definitely see myself coming back here. For someone who doesn't know that much about cars, it feels good to not be taken advantage of.
