Horrible place to do business with!
Put 5k down on a car and had it a couple months arrangements made with Tony & was a DAY late for my payment & my car got repoed & the WORST part was they took my car while we were eating & had our two babies car seats inside we were stranded with a 7 month old & a 1 year old and it was HORRIBLE went to pick up our babies car seats & the owner is not professional at all my bf got loud cause owner got loud then owner threatened to shoot my bf saying all of this while we had our babies. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER please save your time & go and give your money to someone with at least a heart.

I wouldn't recommend coming here, i wouldn't wish what my husband and I have been dealing with on anyone that is trying to get a reliable vehicle for their family. My husband and I got a 2017 Ford Edge, and we originally brought in our Acadia for a trade-in. Tony's employees, Eddy and David, told us that our vehicle was worth $2000 for a trade-in. However, a few days later, we get told (after we signed all paperwork) that our vehicle wasn't actually valued what they estimated, and they didn't want the vehicle at all. It put us in a weird spot because they were threatening to repo the vehicle, and we had to make payments on a down-payment whenever we were told originally it was okay. Tony, the owner, ended up firing those two employees and continued to make us feel like we're at fault for the business deal going the way it did. Whenever I did go in to make a payment, one of the remarks I received was, "I'm still waiting on a lot of down payment money from folks." It's very fishy and luckily our car belongs to the bank now, but I wouldn't wish that process on anyone. The vehicles hatch wasn't working, it's missing certain pieces inside the vehicle and the tire on the back had a slow leak. For as much as we had to finance for the vehicle, I was expecting a little more. Save your money from Tony's

First when I came to this lot customer service with Roy was awesome and the process at first was great. I should have turned around when I came to finish my paperwork and there was a young man there upset because they were taking his vehicle back after they messed up. Dealing with Eddie for sales this is when everything seemed right but here not even a month later bigger problems. I came in looking for a vehicle for myself that'll fit my lil family in comfort. I came in with a trade and cash for down payment. Along with all supporting documents. Well it seemed like a blessing because he was able to get me "approved" with just the trade nothing down. So with that my fiance and I decided to get his vehicle through them as well. Now this is when things got shifty. We put cash down with his vehicle and paid for insurance on both of our vehicles. Let me go back I had just went to a major dealership which all I needed was a cosigner and they were able to verify everything provided to them. Ok fast forward to today. Last week they started having issues with my fiance paperwork somehow after signing all documents and needed the vehicle back with promises to getting him back in the vehicle or into another one. Then for some reason Eddie started messing with my contract and a week later now they need my vehicle back. After whatever they were doing somehow now I'm flagged in the system to where lenders will not accept my application. Wth! I've never been in a situation like this before but I'm definitely going to the BBB on them. The owner Tony has no order or control over his business. Now if I'm having to return my vehicle. Everything I gave needs to be returned to me as well. I feel bad because I actually referred a couple of people before all of this. And one of them are having issues as well.

I took out a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado,the transmission went out on me,in the end I lost out and decided it wasn't worth fixing the transmission out of my own pocket,do not buy from here I would not recommend.

Becareful with this dealer first of all this place is not Family Owned and operated tony gets who ever he can find TO WORK that he hasn't burned! Another thing this guy will GET YOUR DEAL APPROVED BY CHANGING THE MILES PUTTING LESS MILES ON THE CONTRACT AND GETTING MORE MONEY BACK FROM THE BANK becaful!! He did that with my truck

Highly recommend doing business here! I was greeted by a gentleman named James, he was so friendly, professional and went above and beyond in detailing my new car! He allowed me to take my new car on a test drive, he made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! Crystal and Tony were also amazing! They finished up the paperwork, it was such a smooth, professional and speedy process. I am very happy with the service they all provided! Keep up the great work team! Thank you!

I don’t recommend they ain’t about their words! They only call for a day late payment but can’t go by what the agreement says. Tony is a lazy owner gives his co worker all the issues yet as a owner of a business when a customer isn’t happy you need to take it from there.
