My wife enjoys going to TJ Maxx. I personally could live with never going again, but I love her, and she wanted to stop in. That said, I love that they get overflow and discontinued items, so quite assorted and decent prices.

I always love browsing TJ Maxx for cute clothes, home decor, and fun beauty finds because it is such an enjoyable place to shop when you are in the mood for a good deal. The store is usually tidy and organized, and I almost always leave with something unexpected that I end up loving. One thing they could improve is the cleanliness and overall feel of the dressing rooms since they sometimes feel a little neglected, but overall it is still one of my favorite places to shop for affordable and stylish finds.

Store is amazingly clean and organized. Staff is super kind and helpful. It’s my favorite TJ Maxx so far! Tiana and Joyce went above and beyond today helping me. As well as the young lady in the jewelry section. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Only negative was that the AC seemed to not be working. Happy shopping!?️

Learned something truly negative today about TJ Max policies. First, though most of their items are of good quality, not all are. In this case, items from their cosmetics and toiletries. I bought a two-pack of single-use foot scrubbers, and when I opened them and took one out, a large amount of particles from the scrubbers fell onto the cabinet. When I held up one of the scrubbers, massive amounts of these particles came off and continued to fall off until I put it down. I didn’t think it was a healthy thing to put that on my skin, so put the entire package into a ziplock bag. At the same time, I had purchased a tube of moisturizer with a roller applicator to use around the eyes. I used it once, and by the next morning, there was a raised reddened area at the outer corner of my eye and a red streak going across half of one eyelid, where I hadn’t even applied the product. This was scary and took several days to clear up, even with the use of antibiotics and cortisone. When I took them back, I was told they normally do not take back anything that has been opened. As it had been a very short time and I had receipts PLUS had experienced a physical problem after using one of these items, they did refund me. So, I personally will never again purchase anything that has to be opened at TJ Max. I encourage others to keep this policy in mind: buyer beware!

Rude employee , my partner and I were out shopping long story short sensor went off once we were exiting employee checked our bag and receipt (clearly everything was accounted for ?) treating us as if we had stolen something . I get it protocol but there is a way to speak to paying customers and she clearly had no respect .
