Waited 30 minutes in line to get a toy that appeared new and was apparently opened and missing significant parts. Went to go back to return it and the line was even longer, i just am taking the COMPLETE LOSS AND NOT WAITING IN THAT LINE AGAIN. THIS LOCATION IS WAY UNDERSTAFFED. I want my money back but I'm way too upset to wait 40 minutes for a return !!!!!

Probably the worst TJ Maxx I ever been to, there is no shopping carts at all and have to wait so long for a shopping cart and it’s always long lines with only 2 -3 registers open I would definitely not recommend to shop here very rude staff and no SHOPPING CARTS AT ALL they are too greedy to order more shopping carts I do NOT recommend coming here and restrooms are always dirty and there are 💩stains everywhere and no toilet papers

1st time at this location. Stopped in at 10 am on Christmas Eve's Eve. Clothes racks left in between aisles unattended. There was so much stuff everywhere. Long dresses tied up at the bottom hanging on low racks. Short dresses on tall racks. The shoes were not in order. The home goods area was cluttered and blocked aisles with more stuff. There was no way of looking in the back of shelves because there were too many things on every shelf. No newborn -12month Christmas dresses. Never saw a large dog toy. Make up area small and overtaken by large items boxed to sell for Christmas.
I left disappointed and with no purchase made. I'm sure the staff is doing their best with limited space.

I don't shop long because the temperature doesn't match the warm, humid weather in San Antonio!

Been trying to return something for a month. Every time I came in the lines were crazy long even during my lunch hour. Wish the check out lines were better.

I've been to other TJ Maxx stores and the service was not one I expected. I happen to find two pairs of pants by clearance area. I asked two associates on the floor if they could do a price check for them. One said she was on break and for me to ask up front. The other was not willing to check either. I go up front and the nice gentleman asked the ladies up front standing behind him that I needed a price check. One pair was given a price of $24.99 and I brought it up to their attention that they were stained. The lady named Deondra who happened to be the manager said they don't do discounts for stains. She said if purchased for me to take home to wash and if stains don't come off to bring them back for a refund.
The other TJ Maxx stores have never given this kind of service or suggestions. Marshall's (who is affiliated with them) does not do that kind of service either or even suggest to try washing out stains.
Thank you, to the young gentleman who was my cashier for trying to be helpful.
The manager was trying to get after him in front of me which I found very unprofessional.
