I posted a review two months ago about these two issues but no actions have been taken.
The main problem with this community is the breezeway in building 9 is extremely filthy. Management said that there would be a schedule for power washing and two months later, still nothing.
Everyone’s patios are extreme eyesores with indoor furniture, trash, and clothes. And all management did was send out emails and everything is still the same. Will edit to 5 stars after everything is fixed. Please power wash our breezeways

I have an officially been a resident of Timberhill for 6 days. I’m already preparing my notice to not renew. As a full time student my space is most important to me. Coming in I knew right away that I had intentions to move two days from when I arrived at the office I worked with Letty I put in my paperwork once I was approved. I had prepared my movers to come in and move my property to the location. Everything had been going fine up to the point of communicating with the team in the office. Concerning pressing issues while trying to communicate with Jessica, I would never get any return email or phone call to state when we would be able to have a conversation to discuss the solution to my concern.
When I did call and someone picked up my calls were often pushed over to the next person who didn’t have answers or I’d get someone who is aware of the issue however no one reached out to me to give me any sort of resolution or an understanding of what to expect.
Being someone who worked both in leasing and real estate with Keller Williams, there isn’t enough organization or respect for one another’s roles in the office.
Overall, my interaction and experience thus far with Letty has been perfectly fine, she has been extremely helpful in the areas she is meant to operate in.
My interaction and my experience with Alexus has been just fine I think my regular happy demeanor is something she is adjusting to (smile).
I have simply find that there is an amount of dysfunction and lack of communication when it comes to handling business in the office and it causes the residents to be unhappy.
I think possibly a quarterly community meeting for residents could really help Timberhill.

Two stars because the place is brand new they don’t have roaches but the gates are always broken so people come in on the property and steal tires off trucks the towing company is insane you can’t be parked in the parking lot for more than two minutes to register for parking before they’re already trying to tow your car management sucks they do not communicate with the residents they wait till last minute to notify residents about hours being changed due to holidays the pool being closed due to maintenance or changing the way we pay rent the day before rent is due so everybody is scrambling to figure out the new way to pay before late fees.

I have lived at this community since it was brand new. We’ve gone through three management companies since we’ve been here with all three leases we’ve taken out with this place. I move out at the end of next month and I am extremely happy to leave their gates still have issues and don’t work our remotes Decide to just stop working whenever they feel like it. The staff is extremely rude when it comes to the trash system, they just took everybody’s valet trash cans away without notifying anyone and then started emailing us and yelling at us to follow the rules. How can we follow the rules if you took our trashcan away. last week and this week there have been fires on property , extremely afraid that my building is going to burn down with only four weeks left on my lease. This new management company is Greystar so I have high expectations and they are below the bar in my opinion at this moment.

When you wanna go in this property they will be kind and helpful but when you start your first month they will not be kind any more and some of them they are resist, some homeless enter the property the gate most of the time it’s not work , the locker get stolen and no body gonna care about you , the last thing the deposit they will not return your money back at the time they told you they gonna delay, the worst place I stayed in USA

I’ve lived here for two years now. They offered a first floor apartment with a fenced yard so my dogs could enjoy a bit of time outside while I watch from the patio. The maintenance staff are friendly, and they get things fixed quickly.
A new management company took over from the previous one last October. My first interaction with them was to inquire about my lease renewal, which the previous company failed to execute on time. The manager from the new company, Greystar, stayed in contact with me until the new lease was ready to be signed.
My second experience…perhaps a week later, reporting that my yard had not been mowed in nearly a month, and my dogs and I were wading through thigh-high grass when we were in the yard. Management advised that a new yard maintenance crew was starting soon. A day or two later, O was surprised to find that the yard had finally been mowed/trimmed.
Greystar kept the good front office staff and added their own. This has been a good thing for us. Since they took over management of the complex, I have seen more e-mail communication to residents than I had seen in the preceding 18 months. The only thing I wish the property offered was a garage in which I could park my car.

I’ve been here for over 3 years and I NEVER stay in places long !! Very family & dog friendly with minimal issues. I LOVE Letty, she’s awesome !

Being in the service industry, I understand what it takes to give great service. I can say, without a doubt, that the entire team at the Timberhill Commons office is definitely it!!! I leased sight unseen due to working the same schedule as the office is open, so I looked at the reviews, the photos and called to see what info I could get! I initially had spoken on the phone to Jennifer, and she helped me through the process to get everything completed!
When I first walked in, the team in the office was very welcoming without knowing I had already leased with Jennifer. The manager Jessica came out and greeted me while she was walking with maintenance, and Stephanie offered to show me my new apartment and to tour the amenities! It was beautiful!!! I somehow got lucky to have leased an apt with a HUGE yard!!! My apartment is absolutely perfect for my needs and that closet... WOW!! I am still amazed! Today is move in day, and I am beyond excited!!

Greetings, I am a resident and the facilities are truly excellent as are the staff, especially Mrs. Leticia, her kindness, disposition and excellent attitude to help is incredible, since I have lived there she has been the one who has helped me solve the problems or doubts, ????
