Extra special shoutout to Erica for assisting me shortly after 1pm in a very packed store with impatient clients for some packaging that was never received from an online order meant as a birthday gift needed for 09/30. Kristian was the amazing sales consultant that helped us today. I originally went to pick up some jewelry that they had cleaned, but my daughter wanted to look at the necklaces and Kristian was extremely accommodating to her and made her feel special. It was basically the best experience ever. I know she will never forget the amazing experience and neither will I. It meant so much to me to be able to go into one of my favorite stores growing up and them treating my daughter like a princess. Thank you Kristian! I am forever grateful for your kindness. ??

Extremely disappointed with the service at Tiffany & Co. next to Lucchese bookmaker at La Cantera. Compared to the exceptional service provided by Claudia Miller at Lucchese, the Tiffany team fell short by a mile. Lackluster assistance and an overall disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this is the only Tiffany in town, leaving us with no choice but to deal with the subpar service. Would not recommend. Stay away.

I’m so happy with the customer service I just received from Cristy C. She was so helpful and patient with me in trying to figure out a few things I needed help with regarding my account! I’m beyond pleased she was so kind during the phone call and didn’t disregard me in anyway, even though my situation was a little complex! Thank you for having such a wonderful woman with great customer service etiquette!

What can I say but if you don’t request Alejandro, don’t say you weren’t advised! He’s amazing. We’ve just been there and I knew I had to share our experience with him. When we weren’t finding what we had in mind in the jewelry cases, Alejandro searched and previewed until we were in love with the perfect piece. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us the perfect experience in your store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The brand is timeless and classic. This visit was *certainly* not in keeping with that. Or was it???There was one Anglo employee who looked at me as if I didn't belong there when I walked in. I was barely greeted. When I said I had an appointment, again, he acted as if that couldn't possibly be true. He escorted me to a seat and left me sitting there waiting. I think 10 minutes passed before a Black employee walked through the space where I had been abandoned, and he kindly asked if I had been helped yet. He was apologetic, and almost immediately, someone came out to attend to me. I was floored when she said I would have to leave my item there for two days. Nowhere in my appointment email was I advised I would have to drop off and wait two days. My email said 30 minutes. She scoffed and said she would see what they could do in 30 minutes , but it may not be good. Excuse me, but WHAT???I feel I received low-grade, half-rate, discriminatory service here, which has lessened the appeal of wearing their jewelry. It's almost as if they thought I got my piece at a pawn shop or off some back-alley thief rather than actually being the original owner with receipts. Such a repulsive representation of what Tiffany & Co. has traditionally symbolized for me.
