I am disappointed. Have been to The Wash Tub several times over the past few months and today is the first time they left the floor mats unsecured, moved my driver seat position in two different locations, did not empty the trash that I specifically asked them to empty, and left the rearview mirror askew. Common man, take pride in your work and do a good job. Your name is on this!

It’s not bad but it’s not the greatest. $35 dollars for the top notch wash there’s still a lot of debris on the front! Sides look good but they need to work getting the front a lot better . I used to be a detailer so I’m very particular when I was my truck. I thought I’d try it out and this was the result. Friendly staff though.

Interacting with the staff is nice and friendly. and why i rate it as a two star and not one.
They ask you if you have trash when you roll up, and to be honest they should just throw trash they find away themselves. I don’t like being asked that.
They often miss very big obvious dirty spots on the inside, i usually have to point to them.
Also, It seems they reuse the same water or dirty rags to wipe down the interior because it smells pretty gross when i get back in, especially when they forget to add the car smell packets. The smell problem has happened a few times over the last year. And this doesn’t happen when i clean it myself.
Also just in general, closing at 6pm is really inconvenient. I personally don’t find this subscription worth it.

Trash left all in vehicle. Didn’t vacuum the entire vehicle. Didn’t give the car freshener scent that was requested. Didn’t clean console or cup holders.
And they took my $35 with no problem. It’s pretty bad when you have to ASK at the car wash place for them to throw trash away and vacuum and clean your entire car.
The Wash Tub is a terrible company who does a terrible job.

They did a phenomenal job on a full detail. I have two toddlers and the backseats were beyond disgusting. I thought there was no way they could clean all the stains, but they did. It looks brand new. I’m selling the car and was able to get an excellent price because it’s in perfect condition now.
Service was extremely friendly. I asked them to touch up a few missed spots in the interior and they were happy to do it. Absolutely would return.

For only $20 a month I get my car washed as many times as I want. Great air blower for dust in places inside you can't get rid of any other way. Cloth towels!

Please tell your employees not to spray cleaning fluid directly onto dashboard electronics. On two separate occasions, the electronics in my car have gone crazy immediately after driving away from this place due to electrical shorting.
