My Mom & I both got our vehicles washed at the Judson location just a few days ago. We both got the $27.00 Gleam wash. The wash package says you get a complete vacuum & inside wipe down onthe online webpage. Once our vehicles were done. My Mom noticed that her car was not vacuumed out. She talk to the manager,he pulled out some piece of paper and read it to her that to vacuum & wipe the inside down,it would cost more. He told my mom that it would cost $82 dollars for wash service & vaccum + inside wipe down per vehicle if we wanted our vehicles vacuumed and the insides wiped down. Gleam Wash$27.00

So we just got the wash for $27.00 + tip each. I have been using Wash Tub for many years. I always would get the ultimate wash + tip well. Plus,I have also noticed that customer service is not the same anymore.Even car wash service being done has become very sloppy. You sure don't get what you pay for anymore. Wash Tub you have completely lost my business!!!

What is on their website is not what they do at their location. They don't vacuum the interior of your car without paying a huge amount for detailing

I went there specifically to get my upholstery shampooed and they didn't even clean the center console I had to turn around and have a buddy wipe down and clean the plastics and interior, as well it had streaking on the door, luckily I have a subscription to The Bubble Bath Car Wash so I just ran it through their facility and got the exterior of my car spotless again... $89 do I have to have my car rewashed and re-detailed later that day. It was a waste of time and money.

Edit: I sent an email to the one in the response from the business the same day they replied. I haven’t received a response yet and will update this review if I do.
My husband brought our 2012 Hyundai to this location to have the interior and exterior cleaned and they somehow ejected the passenger seat head rest (I think it is only supposed to eject in car accidents, not sure). The manager said we could bring the car back later on and they could try their best to fix it but there’s no guarantee. My husband told them he can take it somewhere to get fixed professionally and they can reimburse him but they said they don’t cover damage to vehicles older than 10 years. It felt wrong to have our car damaged and no guarantee to have it fixed and who knows if it will get damaged more when they “try their best” to fix it. Very frustrating situation with poor customer service. We won’t be going back.

I went into Wash Tub on Judson Rd to have my car washed after a road trip. I had many dead bugs on my windshield, as well as A LOT of pet hair from my dog on the floor and seats. They worked very hard and my car looks GREAT!! All the associates were very courteous and friendly! Thanks again for your outstanding customer service!!

On Friday I went to get my car wash. When they finished I proceeded to leave and my car stopped in the middle of the street. The fellas came out to the street and pushed my car back in the driveway. I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks for getting my car started!

Wash Tub makes your vehicle shine like new every time. They charge $6 for tire shine, which is a bit excessive, but it makes your vehicle appear as if you just bought it new! Be sure to come on a Tuesday morning, as you will be waiting over an hour at minimum on the weekend.

This play took advantage of my wife and sold her a service she didn't need. They didn't listen to what she was asking for at all. The over charged her and then did the bare minimum to call the job complete. This was our first experience to this place and most certainly will be the last. There are better places that are hundreds of dollars cheaper.

I went into this location for the first time on Saturday. I pulled up to find no real pricing so I spoke with the guy checking everyone in. I told him I needed a basic detail bc my car was only 6 weeks old. He proceeds to tell me I need to pay $300 I told him no. So he says he can do it for $209. That still seemed so much but I felt trapped at that point. They had started washing amd marking up my car. I expressed my concern and hesitation. He could tell but still offered nothing better. I felt bullied into choosing that option but figured they would do a great job since it cost so much. They had my car for 2 hours, bring it around and there were still bugs on the front of it. It doesn't looked washed. The inside still had several dirty places. The whole thing looked like a 10 year old did the job. I didn't even notice the half of it till i got home and my husband lost his mind when he saw what a $200 job from looked like. I have never been so angry in my life. I will absolutely NEVER use this location or any other after this terrible visit. I have attached some pictures. There are so many more but couldn't get it to show up clearly in pictures.
