I've been using this location for years, take 4 vehicles here, and very satisfied. Today, Chris sold me a full detail package for my Ford 150 XLT. The staff did a great job, at a fair price, and I couldn't be happier! I can count on one hand, over the hundreds of times I've brought vehicles here, how many times I had to return for a redo. Great business!!
Update 8 Sep 24: Again, brought in my 21 Ford 150 and the detail work (ceramic protection) was thorough, professional, and outstanding! Great job!!

Horrible wash. Bought the booklet. Left tons of dirt on window and water spots on hood and tailgate. Will never go back to this location will at least try others just because we bought the 3 pack booklet.

I got a membership when I bought my new car and for the most the service had been good. But I started paying extra to get the "ultimate wash" and absolutely nothing extra gets done. I've even noticed it's less service than with the annual standard membership.
I feel stupid every time I pay the extra and they ask for which air freshener I want because I've never once gotten it. The floor mats are not vacuumed and my tires look dirty.
I will keep using for the remainder of my membership but will not paying extra for services I never get.
This has happened at 2 different locations, and enough is enough.

I have had a membership for years and I always have problems with this location. I always have to supervise the vacuuming of my vehicle. Might as well be a self wash.

They only dressed half my tires you pay and tip for a service and this is what you get come on guys. Have a blessed day

Didn’t vacuum trunk or even wipe down doors.
Edit: decided to give them a second chance, but I swear they’re punking me. The photo is my trunk after today’s “wash.”

They always do a great job but today was exceptionally good. Had some detailing completed this morning and Israel was amazing. Superior attention to detail, proud of his work and incredibly polite. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, I called to speak to a manager and he told the receptionist to email and he would not come to the phone. I thought that was odd, how would an issue be handled? The carwash was far from busy.

This is the best wash tub, I've been to. Most of the other locations leave spots without cleaning or drying. Here the staff is super detail oriented.

Great service at this Wash tub and I didn't even have to remind them about the wheels and exhaust tips. The guy even pointed out my roof molding was loose before they took it in.
