Worst experience ever!!! I paid for the special and when I got in the car I found it to not have been fully vacuumed or trash had not been thrown out (purposely put in the cup holder) and when management was notified I didn’t even get a I’m sorry? NEVER WILL I RETURN!!!

I have a membership and have never had a problem. I have used the Fredericksburg location the most. They are great, even on busy days.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Wash Tub locations in town. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure my car is clean. The staff is also courteous and helpful.

Quality has gone down. Got vehicle with scuff marks back and the entire back, not vacuumed at all had to go out and brush myself.

I have been a member of wash tub for 6 years. Avoid this one. Full stop. The manager is inside, while there is a huge bottle neck at the vacuum. About 74 percent employees are in the shade waiting for a car to come out. Maybe with better supervision this could be ok. But not now. I may cancel my wash tub membership and try somewhere new.

I guess I was expecting too much. Parts of the car weren't vacuumed at all. Still dirt in the wheels. It was a loaner car we were returning to a family member so I wanted it done right. We even tipped all the people who worked on it, some before they started. I think I'll try a competitor next time for comparison.

The service is great but Isaiah does an excellent job when it comes to dryer the vehicle. He goes above to clean all the little spaces that others don't do and especially the sun roof. I like that he does the cup holders and sprays all the windows to clean them after it's been washed so it won't be stained. I always recommend Isaiah to my friends & relatives.

Poor management, too many people giving different prices, will not be returning, manager cannot approve price an employee gives he needs to go back on the line and work as a rookie.
