They have a place inside where you sit and wait, also some shopping items, a dressing room and a restroom.. they left the mat just on the seat.. and I don’t know how they managed to take that plastic thing off at the bottom, overall ok, just think they rushed on getting the vehicle done

Unbelievable!!! I am speechless! My car is dirtier inside than when I took it in. I found a strange brown dot on the back seat. And clearly the dirt on the driver’s side had increased…
I was displeased with my previous wash and they said they were training. There was also one instance in which they forgot to fasten the mat on the driver’s side. That is so dangerous!!!
Training people is not an excuse for not getting the job done right. If they’re training, someone needs to be there to supervise their work.
How hard is it to vacuum the crumbs on the passenger seat?
I’m in shock.

They leave your car dirty inside and out, lack of drying and in some dirty parts they do not clean the wheels and the tires do not shine, bad service means losing money.

I should have taken a before/after photo! This place turned my jeep into a beautiful hunk of metal compared to the hunk of junk I had been driving around. I’ve never taken a car to a place like this before. The reviews about this place did not tell a lie, this is the best wash tub! I mean it was actually squeaky clean. I came back the following day to go over a few spots they missed and still didn’t get but they did go over my trunk again and offered to run it through again. I’ll be coming back just to maintain the great, great job they did. Thank you! It looks sooooo good.

Wanted to have the cash fully detailed. First, I was given an hour and a half wait time. Then an additional 15 minutes. I have now been here over 2 hours and I'm extremely late for an engagement. Sadly, we will not be coming back.

It was my first time going to a wash tub, the ultimate wash selection. Overall it was nice and quick. I appreciate the time and effort you put into it. There were some misses but I'm not too worried about it as it's the rims and they get dirty easily.

I am disappointed with the lack of details. I had to point out quite a few missed spots on the outside and inside. I shouldn't have to. This is what y'all do daily. This is wash tub's expertise. The only reason I came and paid as much as I did is to get a receipt for the beer spilled inside my vehicle so I can get reimbursed. Otherwise, I would have been fit to be tied for the lack of attention to details for what I paid for ($148 plus tip. I shouldn’t have tipped). It was corrected but why did I have to correct it. It should have been done right the first time. I am just now sending this because I had to take a long deep breath. Very disappointed!!!

Eugene helped me out in a pinch! Unrelated to a car wash but rolled up on my bike that was cakkkkked in mud and asked if it was a okay to spray the bike down. Helped my bud and I immensely! Everyone was friendly.

It's a great place to knock off the dirt from your car quickly. I wouldn't expect a detailing of your vehicle, but it will look pretty good afterward. They have deals on coupon packs, which make it a bit more palatable overall.
Overall, it is a quick and friendly service.

They did an amazing job I am so very impressed by the work and effort they put in to get my car looking brand new. So much so I had to turn the car on to make sure it was actually my car.
