Came to drop off Amazon returns and received amazing customer service from Jomar. I was able to send off my passport renewal right there and skipped the extra drive to the post office! Thank you Jomar!

What a great experience! So great, I had to leave a public review and I rarely write these. It’s 5pm on a Saturday (closing time) and I am dropping a package off. The manager went above and beyond to take care of me. In a time where customer service at most places is dismal to say the least, this encounter was very enlightening.

First time at this location, and first time doing returns for amazon. (My wife sent me) Andrew was very helpful and showed me how to do them. Made the whole process easy for me. Thank you again. Amazing and helpful staff. Will comeback for future returns or mailing.
