I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at UPS off overlook parkway. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. I did recently have major surgery, so my mind was a little foggy and I moved slower then normal.Not only was Paige knowledgeable and helpful, but she went above and beyond with helping me repackage an item I had missed.I highly recommend this UPS location to anyone looking to make an Amazon return. It's clear that the team here takes great pride in their work, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Ahmed, Paige, & Tyler are an amazing team.

I frequent this location. Everytime I come in I am warmly welcomed by whoever is there. Tyler, Ahmed, and Paige are all knowledgeable at there jobs and are a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend this location for all of your shipping needs ??
