It can be a bit intimidating to visit this place out of fear of not finding it. But it is actually very easy to find it and very accessible. The gps might mark that you have arrived a bit before you get to the actual location. Keep going until you see a big building with lots of glass windows on your left hand side. The UPS store is on the first floor of the building. As soon as you walk in to the open area of the building (on the first floor) you will see a seating area and the UPS store is on the left hand side. It is like the 3rd business on the left side. Customers service was great. It was pretty slow and the gentleman that helped me was very polite. *See the short video I’ve attached for reference on where the UPS store is within the building.

I've been here twice and the service is the best!!The first time I tried going to another ups store uptown and they wouldn't help me with an Amazon return. Amazon and UPS have an agreement to take their free returns but they were trying to charge me for boxes and shipping. Here they scanned the order and I was done in under a minute. Today I went again to ship something and even though they couldn't find my account at first, Santos at the counter was super patient and helped me figure it out and get me a receipt. They're located inside the Alamo college offices and I find it super convenient and there's easy parking.

Never go to this UPsStore. I had never been charged for using a digital tag. They asked me to print it and pay 2 dlls for it. They could have said something like, we’ll our policies are different and such and such. But Santos, the front desk guy simply didn’t care and he let me know…

Gabriel was so friendly and patient with me and all my weirdly shaped items. He took the time to make sure I wouldn’t pay too much. Definitely the friendliest and most helpful UPS store I have been to in a while!

Made an appointment for notary services 2 days in advance for a Wednesday I received a confirmation email and everything. I arrive at the store just to be told that the “notary guy” doesn’t come in on Wednesdays. Um…..ok. I needed this document notarized immediately before work and won’t be able to do that now thanks to this unprofessional UPS store

This Place is very well hidden, the GPS got me where I needed to be, but to find the actual Place was a Little Difficult. I had to walk around to find the UPS store, for their were No BIG Sign that pop out to locate the building.... That's ok, the scenery breathtaking, It felt isolated, and alone, but for some reason I felt Safe. It wasn't Crowded or busy, it felt like it was so hidden, I hope these pictures will give a better understanding of where the actual Place is. I walk in the store and instantly greeted with a hello, friendly nice and somewhat helpful. It being a new place I've never been to before I asked the employee if I could look around to see what else they have to offer in this location. He must have gotten confused because he wasn't certain what I was trying to say. a barrier in miscommunication, but once I specifically spoke or I actually meant by looking around was basically window shopping he then understood and was very polite in allowing me to see what else they had to offer. I was in and out, the transaction was quick and efficient. Will definitely be returning next time.P.S. Might Not be a big Deal, but once I got out of the store to take some Pictures, so that others can Find it more easily. The employee Keep telling that I could not look around when we had our miscommunication. So, by that being said.... as I was taking pictures I believe the employee called the security in fear that I didn't listen to the employee about not looking around the building. He may have jumped the gun on that. Maybe it's because I was dressed a certain way. Like I said might not be a big deal.

I have dropped off packages at this location multiple times. Santos is always very helpful and pleasant. Give that man a raise!

Strongly not recommend this location. Very bad unprofessional service. I had called the location prior to my visit, and asked how I can register a mail box. I asked which documents are required, the store representative told me to bring a driving license and a secondary ID- passport, bill or other. Which I did. I came with my 2 little children and my USA driving license and my passport, which is from another country. The extremely rude man at the counter refused to admit my documents, he said that I needed 2 government issued IDs, and my passport is not good enough. Seriously???? It was good enough for USA government to let me enter the country and to receive my green card, but UPS has higher standards?:))) more than anything I was appalled by the attitude of the person, who was at the counter (I suspect it was an owner)… arrogant, rude, unprofessional and also - he was acting against the policies of UPS, and could not care less.

Was in and out in 30 seconds. My biggest complaint is parking. There's plenty of parking but it's not close, all th asking is reserved for the ACCD.
