I went to the Polished Look for the first time last week. It was awesome! I was a bit frazzled because I had gotten turned around with my GPS, but Denita just brushed it aside and took me back into the salon where it was cool and the light wasn't too bright. I sat down on this wonderful heated seat and she spent a LOT of time taking down the polish and really working on my feet to remove rough spots and clip my nails back to a good length -- not too short or too long. She uses paraffin to soften your feet which is great since I grow calluses just by thinking of them! Then she gives you a nice foot massage before putting the polish on. I could have easily fallen asleep, but I didn't want to be rude!I'm looking forward to my next visit. I don't plan to go anywhere else because this was perfect!PS I like the fact that Denita doesn't apply acrylics, etc. Those products make my eyes burn and water and they give me headaches, so not having to deal with that is a real plus for me.Service: Pedicure

Without a doubt, Danita gave me the best manicure I have had in years. She took her time and cared for my nails and cuticles with such expertise and care.The manicure lasted much longer than mine usually do and the pedicure was equally fabulous.I plan to see her on my next trip to San Antonio.

Denita is conscientious, detail-oriented, and very kind—three admirable qualities in a manicurist and small-business owner. I don’t know how she does it, but her manicures last so much longer on my nails! Spending time in her cozy salon is like a mini-vacation!

Denita Lemus of The Polished Look is fantastic. She will have your feet bathing and soaking in warm luxurious bubbles. She wraps your feet in soothing paraffin wax to soften your skin. She will soften and remove unwanted cuticles. Follows in massaging your feet. Beautiful application of polish. The atmosphere is very relaxing. If you are looking for luxurious pedicure you must go to The Polished Look. You will be glad you did.

This is the most relaxing nail salon I have ever been to and Denita is so professional and friendly. There is a fountain inside, soft music, and you get a TRUE nail treatment, with all the things you expect. Denita does an amazing job that lasts for a long time and you never feel rushed. Great location and close to so many areas. I highly recommend the "Polished Look" for anyone wanting a wonderful nail experience. Sharron Y
