Wouldn’t even start my inspection because of my window tint that I HAVE A PHYSICAL copy of my Prescription for it! Learn your laws and do your job better. Wasted time because your workers don’t know there job!

I went out to get my vehicle a safety inspection. Pulled up to another place( one of those that do only inspections) and they wanted around $24 for inspection. I said no thanks and went to Pit Pros. They got me in almost immediately and total price $7 as it should be. Excellent, honest customer service. Highly recommend.

Save your time. I've gone 3 times just to get an inspection done and EVERY SINGLE TIME it was always an excuse why they couldn't do it when all they were doing were standing around. I'll be saving them more time to stand around and myself the frustration and never go here again

ZERO stars this place sucks, I’m a female and every single time I visit they analyze me and my vehicle to see how stupid I am and how much they can squeeze out of me. This place charged me 90 MF DOLLARS for an oil change with me bringing my own supplies. Horrible. Martinez tired shop on O’Connor is way better, only charged me 20 LOL never go to pit pros

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 25 years. The ownership change has been an unfortunate development. I visited a few months ago for an oil change, and was told that my 2022 Expedition was too new for them to do an oil change. Decided to try today for an inspection, and the guy angrily told me that he was the only one working, and I would have to wait. They had one car in a bay, and none waiting!! He could have at least just been civil. The owner needs to send someone as a scout, because the present employees are saboteurs.

I had been a loyal customer at this location, but the change to the new ownership/ management had a negative impact. Things that impacted perception: 1. State inspection was not available when needed (even though it was advertised). 2. Only one person available to change oil (had to go to a different location) 3. Political channel playing in lobby area designated for customers. The workers have been professional, but it does have a different feel from the previous owners.
