I call this my "retirement home" which couldn't be more perfect for me, even as a grad student. I've only had 13 months to live here, but in that time, I've had almost no complaints. Josie is incredible and takes care of any issues right away. At 1 am after a long move in, our hot water heater had a leak, and she was upstairs with us and with towels making sure it was all clean. The next day, she had a dehumidifier to dry out the carpet. Above and beyond. The layout is spacious. I'm not a fan of carpet, but it's good quality, so even after 13 months, it's not ratty. The porch is spacious. The apartment is surprisingly well insulated, so even with a bigger place and carpet, the power bill is reasonable.Pros:- Big floor plans- Quiet community/early quiet hours!- Parking garage- Elevator into unit- Josie!- Optional storage in garage- Porch has a water spigot for plantsCons:- The cost for water and trash is $90 +. When allocated, I'm used to paying $30/mo max.- Water bugs! I've done everything Ive thought of and my cat still finds and kills about a water bug a week. When it rains, no more bugs, so it's a seasonal issue.
