I actually had a pretty positive experience..my daughters dress is beautiful n she did the alterations needed ..even though upon pick up the alterations needed adjustments she did them n we were on our way in no time ready for Prom ?

I have gone there for a couple years now. I went and got my oldest daughters quincerra dress from there, her homecoming dress, just got my middle daughters Quince dress from there and I'll be getting a dress for myself for a friend's wedding, and thrn next year I'll have one more daughter I'll need to get a Quince dress for. Mrs Indira is absolutely amazing and I won't go anywhere else now for a dress when I need it. She is so sweet and caring and truly loves what she does and it shows.

This such an unprofessional business. I was recommended by several people to take my dress here so they can make some alterations. I live 30 minutes away from this place and following their business hours in here I got there around 3:30pm just to find myself at a close store which said open till 5pm in here. I knocked several times just to make sure it was closed because they have no open/close sign nor business hrs by their door. What a disappointment at least have the courtesy to update the business hours or pick up the phone when a customer calls so we don’t waste our time nor gas driving to a place where clearly don’t care about their customers.

This store is a Must to Try in San Antonio, best kept secret. Attending yearly formals, allows me the chance to select a dress of my style, have it fitted and stay within my budget. I love that I do not have to buy a gown for each occasion, I can simply rent a clean gown for my specific event and return it to the store. I have been a customer for 5 years, the owner is professional, polite, knows fashion and styles, and extremely talented with alterations in a timely manner. I trust this business so much that I also send my business clients to her to take care of them when they are in need of a formal gown because I have no doubt everyone will be treated with respect and courtesy.

This is the place to go for your beautiful, elegant, dress needs! She is very down to earth and wants every girl to be able to be a princess! There is no pressure but loads of support this is our 2nd time renting a dress from her! My 6 year old loves for her Princess big sister to come to school to eat lunch with her and her big sister is willing to pay the cost and do it because it is so affordable!!!!

Wonderful dresses! Truly a gem on San Antonio's hands, THE ONLY DRESS RENTAL IN TOWN. Love her work and her creativity is unique. Don't know any other seamstress like her. Please check out her website. I've modeled her dresses and gotten a HUGE response on her style on social media. Lovely stylist.

I love this dress rental shop. Amazing selections that can work for many different formal occasions. I rented a gorgeous Cinderella gown for the Catrina Ball (Day of the Dead ball) in San Antonio, and it was perfect. Will definitely be going back!

This place was a God send!!! I decided to throw my daughter a sweet 16 at the last minute, but I did not want to spend an arm and a leg on a dress she would wear once. Then I found this place online. All the dresses were so beautiful, and my daughter felt like she was in heaven. Indira was so nice and very friendly. She helped us every step of the way. Orchid was the first store we visited, and we found a dress we fell in love with right away. This place is affordable and friendly. We tried going to another store to see what else was out there, but none of them could match the level of customer service you get here. Indira is excellent at helping us find the perfect dress, and her dresses are stunning. We were able to get everything we needed from here, including the crown. I recommend this place!
