I would never recommend this company. The owner Adam booked me on a Thursday to move first thing Monday morning. To make a long story short he never called nor updated me on the status. Come to my surprise Monday afternoon when I call to see what’s going on he backed out of the move blaming it on a broken truck and saying his crew left him. Horrible experience. I had to scramble and ended up paying double if not triple to get replacement movers on short notice for the day. Absolutely terrible experience.

I’ve used this company twice. The first time was decent so I decided to use them again. BIG MISTAKE! Of course they were a couple of hours late with no real communication unless I call them. The moved my Samsung curve TV. When they strapped it in the truck it was too tight and broke the screen on a $4,000 TV. When I called Adam, he said send him the model number and we would discuss the following morning. When I reached out to him and I had heard nothing from him, he says in Texas he only has to pay 60 cents a pound for a damaged or ruined item. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN YOU ALLOW A COMPANY LIKE THIS TO HANDLE YOUR BELONGINGS. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE ANYTHING, YOU WILL REGRET IT. HE OFFERED ME $37 FOR MY TV.

I don't understand how they got so many good reviews. My experience was memorable in negative way. Adam not too apologetic when voiced my dissatisfaction. Finding items missing (what a coincidence male colognes), chips eaten and bag left open on counter, drank refrigerated perrier water and left bottle on window sill and spilled bottle water on floor (didn't clean up spill), there's more but don't recommend this company. Took too long!

Extremely rude judgmental and unprofessional mover— specifically Adrian. Before even signing the contract, he said “if you take care of us, we’ll take care of you— and by that I mean a good tip.” He then proceeded to call my house messy & told us it wouldn’t get done all in one day. They moved very little stuff(just 3 bedrooms(bed & nightstand) and 2 couches) and were rude throughout the process and mishandled our things- they were very sloppy. After that behavior, I didn’t give a huge tip($50 each) and he didn’t say thank you or anything. The other 2 men were okay though.

His movers were sloppy. Unprofessional Adam refused to hear me out. Laughed in my face told me i was female and did not know what long distance moving intailed. His mover did not provide service we agree to my furniture was ruined and his movers lost furniture hardware. I have been disputing his charges with my bank. Adam n movers were aware my sister had just passed away on Feb 01, 2022 and some furniture was all I had left on moving date February 27. This company is so unethical!!

I’ve used them 3 times in 7 years and won’t use anyone else. They’re fast and the guys work very well together as a team. Their packing skills are amazing and they filled every possible nook and cranny.

My move included a price that included loading and unloading with additional $99 per hour afterwards I did a total of two hours afterwards which should have been $198 added to balance I don’t how you came up with additional $260 I called you the next day which you said you was going to call me within a half hour you never did I continue to call you all day you stopped answering my calls and NEVER returned it and you never returned my deposit that’s is not right I will continue to complain until you correct this
