Hands down the best maintenance crew! It has been the same crew since we moved in almost 3 years ago. When we submit a work order, they are prompt and fix whatever was broken. I can’t say enough great things about all of them.The front office staff are ok. It seems they have a new gentleman working and he has been communicative and proactive with his leadership. I’m looking forward to better communication and managing with him on the staff.The apartments themselves are very nice. I believe ours is one that has the more dated furnishings, but we are happy with it. We’d love upgrades, but we are already paying enough to live here!I do wish corporate was more lenient with decor and lighting on our patios. I feel it looks much nicer when tenants can actually decorate their patio without getting a citation for a wall hanging.I also hope the office staff can organize more social opportunities for the tenants. Mixers, meet and greets, movie nights, etc. It sure goes a long way to make tenants feel like we are a part of a little mini community here.

If I can put 0 stars I would!, The reception is bad when it comes to requesting maintenance work, the AC usually breaks down and the maintenance is very poor. I DO NOT recommend.

I deposited $1800 and when I moved out they gave me $400 back. The rest they counted on the apartment fee and many other types of money even though before moving out I hired someone to clean it up thoroughly. I kept the key to the mailbox because there were some things they were sending back. They kept $120 for the key and after 1 week I returned the mailbox key and they sent me a check for $60 instead of having to pay me $120, I was really disappointed and I also didn't want to waste time going to deal with them . argue and make myself angry for $60. I will never come back and I will also warn my friends and family

Worst apartment I've ever lived in. The first 3 months we were there we had issues with black mold had to threaten to sue to get any results. They tried to blame months to years worth of black mold on us only being there 3 months. The mold got so bad to the point where it seeped into the restroom closet and bedroom closet. They also tried to tell us that we had to stay in the apartment and that there was "nothing they could do." My wife has asthma even telling them this they still weren't wanting to move is until a lawyer was mentioned. Plus black mold can cause serious lung issues. So no, I 100% don't recommend these apartments and definitely watch out for black mold your lungs depend on it.

This apartment complex is a joke. The worst part of staying here is the mess you see. Every corner there’s dog feces, trash, furniture and broken down cars. The dumpster is always broken! So if you plan to stay be prepared to smell trash and see a hill of garbage. They throw furniture in the back gate on what I’m sure is city property, once that is full, it is piled up by the dumpster. I’m sure if they would maintain that better we would have way less rodents. The whole time I stayed here it seems as if you can NEVER get ahold of management, you will never see them doing a properly walk, you can’t get ahold of them the first time you call or go in the office, they are always on “lunch” or off property. Only the leasing agents will be driving around to show an apartment. I would say that maintenance is amazing and I’m glad they are there 7 days a week. They are always fixing apartments only. On top of that, the security here is ridiculous. I was unable to get my mail here for so long. The gates are also NEVER closed and always broken. Supposably they have courtesy “police” patrol, I’ve seen cops not even a handful of times and that was around the time they broke into the mail boxes for a whole month. The cops come when they have time it’s not an all around security that is paid for lol. These apartments are seriously not worth your money. The location and how convenient it is to 151 is helpful. There is some great apartments right down the street by Alamo Ranch that are way more clean, modern and spacious. Which than brings me to another reason why these apartments are horrible, if you plan to move in hopefully you are on the left side of the apartment complex because the right side there is absolutely never parking unless you have a reserved parking. The amenities are nice I would say I definitely enjoyed the holiday events that are occasionally done but the pool is always dirty with leaves and debris, the “hot tub” doesn’t work. You will see residents cleaning the pool before they get in. OH AND BY THE WAY, if you have any type of communication with the office for concerns, complaints or really anything please have it paper trailed and remember dates because they will not hold up to their word and lie about things or give you incorrect information. All around I would not recommend any one to stay here and I feel like I wasted money here to have so much wrong. I don’t need to call in with my concern that isn’t going to fix anything. I had already called in durning my stay and Debbie, the assistant manager Jennifer and everyone else was just rude and did nothing to fix these issues.

They charged me over $700 on move out for cleaning, painting, and damages that I did not cause. I left the apartment immaculate on move out. They charged me for damages that were present in the apartment upon move in they explicitly told me not to worry about. I was completely blindsided by these charges. I do not recommend staying here. Be prepared to lose all your deposit and then some. I've never lost my deposit anywhere before this place. DONT RECOMMEND

They take forever to fix appliances that break down. The front gate has been broken for months and havent fixed it. It is always open and randos come in. When it does work it doesnt last long. Car break ins are so frequent, I hear about a new one every couple weeks. Makes me wonder how many actually happen. They charge you an excessive amount of money on your way out. You lose your deposit and then some. Theyre cheap about everything. The fridge in the common area has been broken for months and wont fix it. People keep breaking into the mail room so I couldnt access my mail for months and had to wait for hours to pick it up at the post office. THIS IS YOUR WARNING. You get dinged by the crime and you get dinged by the fees, and they don't even maintain the amenities youre paying to use.

Updated since 5 years ago: My husband and I are still living here, now for 7 years. We had no issues with anyone until several months back when we had multi families living above us which caused a lot of foot traffic AND running around. Addressed this issue with management and the manager (Amelia) looked into the matter. It took awhile, but the problem was resolved. I really appreciate her listening to my concerns and resolving the situation. As for any work orders I have, maintenance does a great job on trying to come that day or the day after. The maintenance staff, Debbie, at the front office, and Amelia, the property manager, "Thank you" for all that you do. Awesome office staff. No one bothers my husband and I where we stay at. We have had 4 major maintenance problems and "John" (one of the maintenance staff) was always there to resolve our situations that very day or the very next day. The only issue we have is the parking. After 5p parking is hard to find unless you pay for a carport OR a garage unit. Other than that, we like our apartment very much.

Do not live here! The previous reviews are correct, they tacked on extra fees when I moved out such as paint which is something every other apt automatically does when a tenant moves out, that should just be for sanitary reasons and you shouldn’t be charged for something they already should do! When I called Jennifer the current assistant manager she was rude and redirected me to speak to an answering machine, I never knew of any manager because she or he or they were literally NEVER available or even an option to speak to. Not worth it, also I complained multiple times about the tenant above me which would drop weights at 2am constantly and nothing was ever done. Without even mentioning they rented this apt totally dirty and with a million issues from day one which they took forever to fix. Do not live here, def not worth it.

Once you’re contract is up they will try to tack on fees that do not apply to tenants. For example: I never owned a pet and they added a pet fee, they replaced the carpet saying that it was full of pet urine and hair even though carpet was full of cat hair before we signed the lease. Place was also infested with flees, my 2 yro was bite multiple times. So I’ve asked them to remove the pet fee and the carpet replacement and they refused to do so. I am currently pressing charges on this complex and management support. So if you have issues like this please consult an attorney

Don't waste your money. I have lived here for 5 years and the property has gone down hill, every year they jack up the rent. There is dog poop everywhere, they don't remove your trash even though you pay for it. They don't spray or do pest control anymore. They cut down branches and just leave them in the grass. Loud thumping music. The management has changed numerous times the old management 5 years ago was great after that horrible. I will not be renewing.

I give it 5 Stars because of the manger (Amelia) wonderful human being and an amazing manger !! Made this place feel like home since we our of town I can't say enough good things!!Thank you so much for all the hard work and effort you put in ...will def recommend anyone to live here !!
