I’ve been coming to Lash Lounge Stone Oak for the lash lifts procedures for about 3 years now. My eyelashes are small, so they are challenging to get the lift just right. I had a master stylist I used to go to named Aliyah who was amazing. She had to stop working at the business, so she left notes in my file and recommended another technician. Today, I got my lash lift with the new technician and there was barely any lift on my lashes. Also, the appt took about 20 min less than it normally did with Aliyah and I was informed that every technician's timing is different…Yes, but 20 minutes less is a big difference! The most frustrating part was the technicians telling me there was nothing they could do and then gaslighting me by trying to rationalize my results and perception on humidity and other random factors. For the last 2 years, I always got perfect results with Aliyah’s lifts - in spite of the “increase in humidity.” I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend it at all!!

This is my second time getting lashes done. If you are new and not too sure what you want I suggest maybe taking a pic, I explained what I wanted and didn't want and I def got what I want expecting exactly. I just took them off after having them about a wk and all my damn lashes came off with them, no I didn't pull them I used an oil based makeup remover to kinda loosen the glue. I personally won't get my lashes done again.

I just had a brow lamination done with Christina. It was the first time I’ve had this done and she was so wonderful in explaining every step that she was doing. I’m pregnant so can’t lay flat on the bed currently and she was super accommodating to that as well.
The location is really calming, relaxing and clean. Would definitely recommend.
