My wife and I really enjoyed working with Gonzales Group. From the beginning they were very professional and helpful. We were moving from abroad back to the US and were a couple years behind on filings. They guided us through each step of the process and were always responsive.We had a great experience and would 100% recommend Gonzales Group.

They were extremely helpful and responsive to my initial need for tax preparation and then absolutely dropped off the planet. Did not return multiple calls or emails to Frank and Bert. I ended up having to find another CPA to finish the work. Very disappointing.

Very misleading. Website literally says they assist with tax services for small to medium businesses. Spoke to Norbert and told me to “go to HR Block”, because they don’t to taxes.

Norbert and his staff have always been prompt and attentive with my wife and I regarding our personal Tax returns. Also they have provided guidance with a family Trust. Norbert being an Attorney and a CPA provides added confidence in knowing we are providing professionally maintained long term Tax returns and documents.

The firm has done personal and business returns for us over the years. The responsiveness on answering questions is always excellent. There is always a personal touch with an intake interview (discussing basics and any more complex issues) and at least one "wrap-up" session, where everything is covered in detail and any questions answered. Everyone involved with the Gonzales Group has been warm and receptive, but most importantly professional. Security is always a concern with financial work, and the Group has been beyond any question here. The value isgreat for the excellent services provided.

Very unhappy with the services of Frank Kuhn, CPA. I have never once filed a late tax return when doing them on my own. Frank was out of the country on April 15th and was not able to file my taxes on time. What accountant leaves the country on tax day? I was then charged interest on the taxes I owed due to the late filing.
He is very unresponsive and sometimes doesn't get back to me for weeks. He is more than likely overworked or has bad follow up skills. By the time the taxes were finally done, Frank charged me a ridiculous $4,000 for something I could have done on Turbotax.
I do not live in San Antonio anymore but even if I did, I would probably just do my taxes on my own or find an accountant that wouldn't rob me.
