The employees accused my husband of STEALING!
Apparently the person at the checkout register, instead of attending to in-store customers, inserted herself into an online order pick-up. My husband retrieved his online order and walked out. She called the “heavies” in the back and my husband was interrogated at his car about…shoe boxes. I’ve shopped at Container Stores all over this country. This is the first…and also the last time we’ll ever be accused of stealing . There’s no way I’m ever setting foot in this store or any other Container Store. My husband is 4 times deployed combat veteran, has high level security clearance, and the military brought us here to San Antonio i.e “military city”. You can survive deployments, but not some random Karen at a cash register. ???

First time visitor, customer service not really there. Lots of items to choose from but over priced. I never really understood the meaning of the container store and the necessity. I did enjoy taking the pics more than shopping. Nice displays but I don't think I will go back. Just not my thing.
Nothing personal against the store...just saying.

Love everything but the price. I wish it was more accessible to more people because the goods could be priced more reasonably to serve volume. Ikea is a good example of how so.

Was being followed around the store my partner and I think it was because we are so young in the store. But it was not appropriated. Made a complaint to corporate about it.

This place is awesome if you like to organize things! I came to find a way to keep all of my kitchen items from moving around in the RV and found the perfect containers! Everyone is really nice and helpful and the store is well stocked, clean, and full of sooo many options!

If you love to organize or have severe OCD for organization... this is the place for you. Pretty good selection and resonable discounts on certain items. I was able to find certain items I coule not find at the normal big retail stores. I hope they build one of these in New Bransford. It is a pain to drive to Austin or San Antonio to shop here. Why this was my first time stepping into this store in the 2 years I've been living on the outside of San Antonio. Great store but the SA traffic is noy worth the 45 min to 1 hr traffic each way.
