Roaches....Roaches....and more Roaches. Thought I was doing myself a favor by renting lower until my VA kicks in. I may as well be paying the Roaches and Rats rent, cuz they clearly own these premises. At least the local crackheads are nice...

Pool water is literally green. Front gate has never been fixed. Gym is closed to residents. Residents either play loud music at night or litter around the property.
