When to get oil change in inspection. They're inspector quit, but they didn't tell me. I got my oil change and Paid. Went to HEB to get my tags for my car. That's when I found out they didn't inspect my car. They were shorthanded, But they should have told me they didn't inspect the car , So I didn't look like a fool at HEB trying to get tags without an inspection.

I've only been to one store in this shopping strip. It's a small strip mall with adequate parking to accommodate patrons of all the shops there. Also seems reasonably safe although I've never been at nighttime.
