I've lived here at the 68 for a year now and cannot say enough as to how satisfied I am. Great clean and modern apartments sitting right in the Hemisfair Park. I've had an amazing, comfortable experience living here. Bianca (Manager) and Ivanna(Assistant) always greet me with a huge, friendly smile and are quick to solve anything.
Conveniently located A few hundred feet from the Riverwalk, Restaurants, Shops, and next to The Convention Center. I've had an incredibly peaceful and fun experience here and cannot say enough. Just signed another lease with confidence that my great experience is going to continue. On a side note have not seen a cockroach the entire year I've been here, they are non-existant :-) I highly recommend anyone to check the '68 Apartments, I give them High Praise!!!

I am a current resident of the '68 Apartments and I am loving it so far. The leasing team were super supportive during my application and move in, and any maintenance issues have been resolved really quickly (within 24 hours).

I just moved last month, and its been the best decision ever, it has a fantastic location, the building is always looking nice and clean, the attention of Ivana was amazing, always willing to help and is there for you to answer any question, I couldn't be more happy!

I’ve been at The ’68 for over a year now and it has been the best experience! My neighbors are friendly, the property is well maintained (maintenance is so quick!), and the front office staff truly cares about their residents and any concerns. Any issues I have had (all extremely minor) have been quickly addressed and handled. I would 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

While we are waiting for next year to move. We really appreciate Ms. Ivana generosity & professionalism during our search for an apartment. From the time we entered to the end of the tour. Ivana took her time made sure we understood everything there is to know about The 68! We will keep in touch because the location is everything & this is where we want to be. My family & I highly recommend getting in touch with Ivana she is a wonderful & amazing woman that knows her property! As she was very helpful and kind during our search. Can’t wait till March 2025 too call The 68 HOME ?‼️

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it has been amazing. The management and maintenance staff have been very responsive. The location is ideal and there are always things going on you can participate in. It is central to many locations as well.
If you are an extrovert, this is the location for you!

I’ll keep my review to the point, this was an incredible place to live in my opinion. For context, I’ve lived in multiple countries, across the USA in multiple states, and can confirm The 68 really hits the spot in what matters. Nice amenities, modern floor plan/design elements/great location downtown (I literally biked to work every day)/a playground in your backyard if you have kiddos. The leasing staff, despite changing hands over the last 2.5 years I’ve been a resident, has also been TOP tier. Currently, Bianca and Ivana are there and you can always count on them to take care of anything in a timely manner. I’ve called Bianca about stuff and she would have it done in less than 15 mins. Maintenance requests NEVER took more than 24 hours, seriously, this is a fantastic property and anybody who says otherwise is an outlier. I’ve seen comments about the resident parking gate having issues every now and then, BUT it’s always fixed same day or next. You can’t really ask for better rectification than that. This is what’s important in a complex, rectification of any issues happening promptly. The walls/floors are not as sound dampening as I would like, but unfortunately that’s a common theme with modern day builds.
Anyhow though, none of that changes this being a 5 star complex for me and the best experience I could have asked for in SA during my tenure here. Thanks for everything guys!

A close person to me lived here. Overall the apartment was okay. You’d think the concrete floors and walls would save you from hearing everyday noises. NOPE. Upstairs and on the side we’d always hear the neighbors! When the sink disposal was turned on everyone heard it.
Also a neighbor had his car towed because he was in a spot where he was told he could park when he first moved in there. Apparently rules changed and they did not inform everyone. The apartment management did not have the decency to notify the tenant. Instead they had his car towed! Terrible management in my opinion. Couldn’t care less that it was their tenant and not some random car parked in the garage. This place all they care about is money!

Living at the '68 has been an incredible experience over the last year. The management was super helpful with my last minute move-in date changes and has continued to show superior customer support. Any time I have had a maintenance request, it is handled promptly. They are super pet friendly and always have events for residents throughout each month! The apartment as a whole is very modern and aesthetic. They keep the complex very clean and are very communicative when there may be issues/concerns regarding the building (elevators or gates down for maintenance).
Overall I've loved being so close to the riverwalk and all the great foodie spots in Hemisfair park (Commonwealth, Dough, Lick, ReRooted, Box st., etc.) and I am so appreciative of all the management and maintenance staff here!
Now for some of the downsides (most come with any downtown living):
There is a lot of noise during events at Civic Park now that it is partially completed. The events have been unexpected and often lasting until 11 PM when present (I'm a student so it's been very disruptive to my studying).
Between the current construction on roads surrounding the complex and the fact that it is in a GREAT downtown location, traffic can get bad coming into the parking garage.
Speaking of the garage, I almost get in fender benders in the garage weekly from people driving too fast and cutting the corners.
No free guest parking :(

I recently rented an apartment here, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the complex itself and the outstanding service provided by Ivana. Ivana demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered, and she made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free. I cannot recommend this place and Ivana enough. If you're looking for a fantastic place to live with exceptional service, look no further.

So I’ve officially been living here for a month now and have to say it’s been a good experience. Management and staff have been great, really fast when something needs to get addressed. As for the apartments it’s self, it’s well maintained and clean. They have someone come by and clean the hallways constantly. It does have that hotel feel to it walking the hallways, it’s so quiet even on the weekends. My apartment faces the playground at Hemisfair park, it can get loud at times but understandable, it’s the good noise. So much stuff to do here and it’s not even summer. Can’t imagine how it would be once Civic park is done with construction.

Had a great tour of this complex and the community manager was so friendly and accommodating.Views, location, and character is what this property has.It’s not a copy paste 4 story apartment complex.High quality material and solid layouts.

Very well maintained apartment, convenient location to downtown, and a very welcoming community! Bianca has been able to help anything promptly for me. I enjoy playing basketball and grilling on the rooftop of the parking garage and enjoy a view of the Tower of the America’s building. The cleaning lady does an amazing job mopping weekly and it smells amazing! Each floor has unique, local artwork in the lobby area. My only minor inconvenience would probably be guest parking, but aside from that, this place is great! My make or break between here and another place downtown was their reviews on management.

Living here has been a very pleasant experience. I have joy waking up in such a beautiful part of the city. My favorite thing about living here so far has been how fast maintenance is in and out resolving your problem very quickly. Also the cleanliness through the entire property is flawless! Also if you have dogs they will love our new civic park lot of roam for them to explore!
